Helpful, polite, and made sure job done well. Was able to deal with Torontos lack of parking too. Five stars!

I set up an alarm system and a home camera system with them. The alarm system was excellent from the word go. The camera system, unfortunately, was another story. I was having a few issues with it. No issues with the camera but, with some of the functionalities that I specifically wanted. But, I have to say, that their people, Steve (their account manager) and Jason (their service person) are 2 of the amazing and most patient people I have dealt with. There was a time that I had lost my patience because I wasn't getting what I had expected and I felt that it was taking too long but, these 2 guys were on it. They worked with me till I got the functionality that I wanted. They were 2 of the most customer oriented people I have come across. I would specifically like to acknowledge Steven and his customer service. I intentionally went with a Canadian business as I was not too keen on supporting the big corporations. Though there was a time when I questioned my decision (mainly because I was getting impatient) but, I maintain that it was the right decision. Hopefully this level of service will continue in the the years to come. Kudos to the team.

Protection Plus came in and installed Cameras and replaced 3 door locks. They were absolutely fantastic. They addressed all my questions, ensured everything was working properly before leaving and respected my property. I would recommend them for any of your security needs.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brian and Brandon who recommended a set of high grade security deadbolts. From site visit to install very professional, prompt and delivered what was promised would highly recommend.

Breakins have always worried me and we have an alarm system but wanted to reinforce all our doors and windows so called protection plus and they did an on-site assessment first and today they did the installation. Really happy with the work, very dedicated and courteous

Have been with Protection Plus for about 6 years. Service has been good. Jason knows his stuff. The original carbon monoxide detector died and needed replacing. Scheduling for replacement had to be altered and it was. Technician came on time to replace part and re-sync system. Job completed without any issues.
