    Door locks

    Protection Plus did an amazing job with our door locks - very professional and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with Brandon. Highly recommend them.

    High security locks

    We had a Mul-T-Lock MTL600 lock installed in our existing entry set, along with an improved strike plate. Installation was done properly and very fast. Very happy with the result.

    High security locks

    We had Brandon come change our regular locks to high security locks before we rented out our home and he was very articulate in explaining how the locks worked, what damages can be possible requiring a replacement, etc. And broke down the prices for replacement or service if required. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend him and Protection Plus.

    Protection Plus - Nothing but Excellence

    The Protection Plus technicians ( Joe, Steve and Brandon, Installed a new alarm system and camera system for us during our renovation. The work was completed on time and to our specifications. The trio they sent were knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Their phenomenal administrative staff put up with me and all my dozens of questions. They were all exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you Rod, Ruby and Steve. We definitely look forward to using their services again in the near future for our 3rd location.     Protection Plus = Excellence!

    Protection Plus is an amazing security company. A few years ago, they assessed my home security needs and came up with a clear plan. Brian was a great communicator who explained every facet of the job. The installation team got the job done quickly, effectively and on budget. More recently, Brandon - one of their expert locksmiths - was at my home to fix a faulty door lock (not one of theirs) ... his prompt service and expertise helped us avoid a major hassle. I highly recommend this company.

    Security Bars on Basement Windows

    Top notch customer service from sales department to the technician who installed. I can honestly say I have never had this pleasant of an experience when getting work done. Installation was professional and left immaculately clean afterwards. I would highly recommend.

    Door Locks

    Best in the Biz! We purchased a very secure locking system from Protection Plus about a year ago. We required some additional assistance and were impressed when Protection Plus sent a technician on the same day we requested one! The technician was punctual and took his time to explain the product to us. I would 100% use Protection Plus for both my home and for my business

    Excellent service provided

    Home Protection Plus installed our cameras and doorbell. We now feel very safe on our home. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

    Buyer beware

    I have been with this company for the last four years and it has been a disappointment from the beginning. From being oversold at my consultation. From buying bad product that 3 to 4 years later, they refunded me because the owner or the manager admitted it was a faulty product, and they were no longer carrying them because of the problems they had with them. From being in comfortable with their service technicians. They blamed me in the end and said that I was not happy and they were discontinuing my service and leaving me high and dry. I am left with faulty equipment and no monitoring and to boot. They wanted me to pay $245 for the last visit that the sensor is still not working and theyre telling me its MAYBE an environmental problem. Its taking me about a month to write this review because I did not want to be emotional. I just want it to be factual. Their last visit in my home wants to fix And it was not fixed. I had to call them back within a few weeks. I was not comfortable with the technician they sent and I asked them not to send him back. Sure enough they sent the same technician to fix the problem, and I refused him entry to my home. When someone tells you they are not comfortable in the presence of someone it should be taken seriously when I then brought it up when speaking with the general manager he said he never heard about it, of course he would say that. I told him look at your logs when I called in the office and said I will not let him in send someone else, which they never did.. I think that says it all about this company. -00000000 stars

No one likes to be spoken down to, yelled at, and dismissed, not our techs nor our office staff.     Alarm system upgrade

    Very happy with the service I received from Patrick with respect to my alarm system upgrade. He was able to complete the work efficiently and answered my questions. Im also satisfied with the monthly cost for Protection Pluss monthly monitoring services.
