John at Protection Plus came to our house to assess our security. We knew we had issues with four French doors on 2 levels that were flimsy and builder grade. John looked at all of our exterior doors and gave us suggestions for lowering the threat of break-in. He explained all options clearly and gave us a quote. The day of the work John was on time and very neat. It took about 4 hours to complete the work and in the end it cost less than the quote given due to some changes that need to be done. We now feel our house is much more secure and would not hesitate to use this company again.

We installed a wireless security system recently with Protection Plus. Mike was helpful and efficient in coming up with a very reasonable proposal for us. I was most impressed with his suggestions because he understood my needs without trying to up-sell me with a more expensive package. Good work, Mike! The installation process was also fast, efficient and pleasant. We really appreciated John's effort in making things so smooth. He was very courteous and patient, making sure we know how to operate the system before he left. One funny thing was I heard loud beeping sound in the evening of the installation and thought it was coming from the motion detector. I called the service center and was told that the motion detector would not produce a sound. The service staff patiently guided me to check around my house and it ended up being the smoke alarm which was out of battery. I was most thankful for his patience and understanding. I am sure I have made a right choice in choosing Protection Plus and would highly recommend it to others.

Protection Plus has great, friendly customer service. They are prompt getting us new access cards and have a quick turn around time for service calls. The technician was friendly and answered all our questions. Would recommend for home or office.

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff of Protection Plus. Brian was patient with us (as we changed our minds a couple of times as to what we wanted), but he clearly laid out the options for each approach and the pros & cons of choices A, B or C. I appreciated the detail. The tech arrived as scheduled and the work was completed efficiently. I certainly would recommend the company to anyone.

These folks went above and beyond in my opinion. Service was incredible. we dragged our heels moving on some of the items, there was no pressure to buy, sales team was not pushy. The locksmith made some excellent recommendations and did a wonderful job. the window film did an awesome job too.. hard to write a long review when all I want to say is "awesome experience", thank you!
