    Locksmith / upgraded security services

    Excellent service from Protection Plus. I had many discussions with Brian about options for changing my locks and increasing security in my new house and he was very helpful, patient, and professional with no pressure for any of the options. Once the scope was decided and scheduled, John showed up on time and was very professsional, skilled, and informative when explaining and completing the high quality work. I highly recommend Protection Plus and specifically this team. Thanks

    Fantastic

    We've been with them for about 15 years and when we called about updating out system but holding ours costs they were extremely supportive with multiple suggestions to help us do that. Once we made a decision a tech was out in a couple of days and did the install in a few hours. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

    Professional and Helpful

    I feel safe in our home having selected Protection Plus for our security system. John, our installation technician, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain how the alarm system and app work, and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

    Product and Service

    I had my user interface for my alarm system (which looks and works great!) changed to a newer model and had it's location moved to a different wall. The technician was on time, clean, respectful, and a book of knowledge. He did an extremely clean and perfectly level job on the installation of my new unit. If I need work done in the future I most certainly want Protection Plus Security Solutions to be the ones to do the job!!! Thanks a million for all of the help from the person on the phone to the Technician that came to the house. A happy customer.

    Excellent service and very professional

    I hired Protection Plus based on the positive reviews on Homestars. They installed my alarm system, changed the locks on the doors and put bars on my windows. Brian, the sales rep was great to deal with as he did not try to push products on me that I didn't want. Although there were some hiccups along the way, they went above and beyond to make things right. They are extremely reliable and professional. I highly recommend this company.
