I would highly recommend Protection Plus. John, the senior locksmith, was friendly, punctual and when confronted with a unique door lock problem he willingly and successfully accepted the challenge. John went out of his way to keep costs in line. A definite 10 out of 10!

I recently had my alarm installed by Protection Plus and I could not be happier with their service. Mike provided me with the quote and explained all of the options they offered. He took the time to go through each option to ensure that I chose the best option for me and my family. The technician who installed the alarm was Joe. He was fantastic as well. Very friendly, fast and efficient. He also took the time to explain how the system worked before he left to ensure I was comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend Protection Plus to anyone who is looking for an alarm service. I am confident I made the right choice and you will be too!

Having recently moved into a new home, I wanted to look at options for changing locks and adding an alarm system. I found Protection Plus through Homestars and booked in Steve for a free "security audit". He was excellent and discussed necessary steps to better secure our home offering a few different options. He was open and honest and gave us great confidence in the company. We booked them up - they were very flexible on timing, which enabled us to get the work done just before we moved in. The locksmith John was awesome - truly knows his trade and was great about offering security tips as well. Very efficient and a very pleasant guy. Joe installed a new alarm system and again was a complete pleasure to deal with, he ran through the full system in detail and answered a bunch of further questions I had about other linked equipment. (will be following up to install smoke detectors in the new year) The whole job was done in a couple of hours with minimal mess or fuss. We had security film installed the following day, I only met the installers briefly, but again seemed great. In short, a great experience, prices seemed completely fair, the work was done to a high standard and the team I dealt with were fantastic. Thank you Protection Plus.

I got their service 1 month ago and have no complains so far. I compared their price with the competitors and found them the most affordable choice. I recommend this company to others. When I got their system installed they gave me 2 months of free service as well as there is no installation fee or the cost of the equipment like the other companies. I am satisfied with the company so far.

This is our first security system installed in house. The process of designing and the installation of the system with ProtectionPlus was fast and explicit. I'm just happy with what I have in home now for a security system.

I've gone with Protection Plus twice now. First time was 6 years ago with Sears Home Alarm (they partnered with Protection Plus) with my old home and I recently returned to have my new home protected with them as well. Can't say enough good things about Brian. Personable and courteous, the whole process was very smooth without a lot of pressure to get the latest or the most expensive monitoring plan out there. You come away more informed about the costs, what is important to you and whether or not you want to pay more or less for certain things. Very happy with the whole process. Thank you!
