My husband and i felt we needed to have professional cameras installed to make sure we always felt protected from any possibilities of invasion and or theft. We did consider buying and trying to install the cameras ourselves but opted out because of our age factor and decided hire a company that had the experience and the expertise to do this for us. Costing us a lot more money than store bought and installed by ourselves, we realised this when Mike our sales rep contact person explained this was a better and safer way to go and the dangers of self installing would no doubt lead to injury and possible malfunction of the cameras we attempted to install. Considering our lack of knowledge as to where to install these cameras we decided to leave it up to the experts and after all the work was completed we are really glad we did. Truth is you can not put a price on safety or experience. Our two technicians Joe and Jason were considerate, patient and knowledgeable in getting us set up. They took their time and made sure the cameras were installed correctly answering all of our questions and concerns that we would know what to do and how to operate the play and playback of this protection system before they left. I am also confident if the need arises i would be able to communicate with either technician to guide me further. Thank you Protection Plus, we are happy with our purchase and feel confident and safe in our home now, more than ever.

The work, from sales to installation to clean up, was exemplary. Very professional and time was taken to fully explain and review. Peter, in sales, covered many areas of information and John, installer, was a delight.

We had all of our deadbolts upgraded, and also opted for the installation of new strike plates and door guardians. The locksmith (John) was very friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job installing everything. After the job was done, he took the time to go over everything with me, and even provided additional home security tips. We will definitely use Protection Plus again in the future. Highly recommended!

Yesterday we had a security system installed by Protection Plus. They were recommended to us by my sister who recently had a system installed in her home. I dealt with John directly from start to finish and am more than happy with his service. John was polite and professional throughout our dealings with him. He came to our home for a consultation and spent some time explaining the different products and services he thought would work for us. Never did I feel like John was trying to sell me something we didn’t need, or feel pressure to buy anything. I did do my research and got a few quotes from other companies, and protection plus offered the best deal. John was back within a few days and quickly installed the security system. He cleaned up after himself and then spent the time to make sure we knew how everything worked before he left. The system is user friendly and I feel so much better knowing that our home is secure. John provided great advice. He accommodated my schedule, was punctual and professional. He explained things well and was a joy to have working at home.

My alarm system was getting pretty old and wasn't really working properly anymore, so I started looking for an alternative solution. I wanted a system that would allow me to arm/dearm remotely, didn't require a phone line and didn't cost an arm and leg. I found this company online, submitted a quote request, got a call within a couple of hours from Mike who came to my house the next day. After inspecting the existing system and going through my list of grievances/missing features, Mike walked me through some options and we decided on a wired Ethernet solution. Mike was able to book an install for the following day, which was very helpful. The next day, the installer (John) came to the house (at the promised time), replaced the keypad and panel, connected and configured the new sensors and what not and then walked me through how to use it, including the free app that allows me to remotely arm/disarm (and probably more, didn't get a chance to explore it yet). All in all, I was very happy, the whole thing was painless and I got a brand new system with more features for essentially the same price I was paying before. Highly recommended.
