Dimitri came at a time that was convenient to me. Not only did he fix the issue but also the causes. All the while taking the time to explain the problems to me, making recommendations for future upgrades, as well as ensuring that everything was put back in proper order. Great work.

Tired of the competitor with the fancy song on the radio, I again found myself back on HomeStars! I came across Protection Plus and found their pricing to be reasonable and the feedback to be great. Nothing bad on BBB, boom, they had a customer. The installer showed up and was friendly, courteous and quick. I love this alarm system, the bright touch panel and the ability to 'wire' in your smart home wireless utilities. Don't have those yet, but maybe soon! Thanks again for your hard work. I recommend Protection Plus!

Set up digital access entry system using fobs and adding new hardware for office size of 10,000 sf

Brian was awesome and came into my home and made sensible recommendations that fit my needs and my families needs that fit within my budget. At no time did I feel like I was just being sold products for the sake of the sale, and I truly appreciate that level of honesty and professionalism. Today I had the pleasure of having my home alarm system installed by John from Protection Plus. MY wife and I are moving our young family to a busy neighbourhood in Scarborough and I wanted to make sure we had a security system that was affordable and reliable. John ensured that I had the system that met my needs and my budget. HE was punctual, knowledgeable and made sure I was completely comfortable using the system after it was installed.
