Very happy with protection plus. John was very informative throughout the process and made some cost effective security recommendations when asked. I know my wife and I will sleep better at night.

We were having problems with the lock on our front door and Rsdu came out and fixed it. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, well-informed and flexible -- he found a way to solve the problem without replacing the lock which we appreciated. I highly recommend this service.

John, the PROTECTION PLUS technician, was fantastic. If I could give him a 6 out of 5 I would. John was friendly, patient, and professional. He did a great job installing our new front door lock in our existing door. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Quick and efficient. John was affable, professional and time-efficient. It was a small job but honestly, from their very navigable website, to the customer care chat, to the quick response thereafter in booking a time...the whole process was seamless and should I need a more work, simple or complex, I will likely return to them for further security needs. And their prices were competitive based on what I researched. Highly recommend!

John came in and provided excellent service. His advice was second-to-none and very much appreciated. The work he did to secure our patio sliding door and front entrance door was super quick. We never felt pressured to purchase additional items although he did give us plenty of options. John was honest and took the time to answer all of our security needs. John was very professional he was able to quickly replace the front door lock and was even able to reset the key pad so that we can use it now. I had him look at oir patio door lock which had been broken for past 2 months. He wasnt able to repair it but did recommend a new locking system which he promptly installed on the spot. Great job all around.

The service team worked quickly to provide me with a same day appointment. This was very important because an ex-contractor had the keys to our home. John arrived and completed the re-key of our front door efficiently. I explained that our garage door had been compromised and needed new locks. He set up a follow up appointment straight away to address the garage door service. John returned ahead of schedule (which was great) and installed deadbolts in two garage doors. He also provided me with additional security information related to the garage which was very helpful. The service was excellent and quick.

Service representative was prompt and came to appointment on time. Work involved drilling front door to replace broken contact. Work was done quietly and neatly.

We needed a new alarm system and locks for our new house and after doing some extensive research and getting quotes from three of the highest rated companies (with at least 300 reviews) on HomeStars, we ended up going with Protection Plus. We are very pleased with this company and the work that was done.The staff were very professional and great to deal with  Mike (Consultant) assessed our house, provided some recommendations and answered all my questions. John (Alarm Tech) and Johnny (Locksmith) were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. John even came back at 4pm to complete the alarm programming since Rogers didnt arrive at our house until 1130 am, as he was finishing the alarm install.We would not hesitate to recommend Protection Plus to friends or anyone looking for a top grade home security system and/or any additional security features to add to their home.
