Alarm System - Installing Cellular Support
I have been a customer of Protection Plus (Sears Home Alarm) since 2008. Recently, my wife and I decided it was time to rid ourselves of the added expense of our home phone line and use our cell phones for everything. To do this we needed to add cellular backup support to our DSC home alarm system. John arrived 30 minutes early for his appointment, he called my cell to let me know he was at the house. I told him i'd be home in 20 minutes and he patiently waited for me. Once i got home he came in and quickly and neatly installed the cellular backup support for my alarm system. John was kind and courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend John and Protection Plus in the future to a friend.
