    Alarm System - Installing Cellular Support

    I have been a customer of Protection Plus (Sears Home Alarm) since 2008. Recently, my wife and I decided it was time to rid ourselves of the added expense of our home phone line and use our cell phones for everything. To do this we needed to add cellular backup support to our DSC home alarm system. John arrived 30 minutes early for his appointment, he called my cell to let me know he was at the house. I told him i'd be home in 20 minutes and he patiently waited for me. Once i got home he came in and quickly and neatly installed the cellular backup support for my alarm system. John was kind and courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend John and Protection Plus in the future to a friend.

    security system install

    incredibly professional. friendly. punctual. took old wiring job (that was fairly messy) and somehow made it work great in new space. mike and joe made the difference for me. highly recommended!

    Re-key existing locks, new locks installed.

    Very happy with this company and the work that was done. Staff promptly set up an appointment to re-key our doors and install some new locks. John was so helpful, explaining some of the different products available and how they worked. I felt he presented the options very objectively and honestly . We feel much safer with be new locks and also better informed about home security. Would definitely recommend them :-)

    product and service

    Main board replacement and set-up/programming. Very courteous, no mess. On time service. Done in about an hour.

    Assure the security of our house

    The company installed a security service at our house 18 years ago. They upgraded it 6 years later. The service has always been good and they always answer my questions and fix problems. They are a phone call away!

    Re-keying and door guardian installed

    I first reached out to John V. based on finding him via homestars and had a few conversations with him via phone, email and text discussing various options. We set an appointment time and he promptly showed up on time and ready to go. He gave me a consultation on what I would need to secure for my peace of mind and laid out the prices. He had locks from grade 1 and grade 2 ranges and explained very calmly how it all measured up to my existing locks. He showed me what improvements I can make with door safe and how it would prevent doors being kicked in etc. We decided on a plan based on my comfort level and budget and also came up with a plan for future improvements to the security of my home. Overall John's service was fantastic and his knowledge in lock types and security very high. His friendly, calm personality and rational thinking were key to making this experience excellent.

    Replace old security system

    This was one of the best companies I have done business with. Steve (and Jason) responded to my calls, kept me informed about delays, gave me good advice, came when he said he would, and was a pleasure to deal with.

    Home security

    Protection Plus provide the security alarm systems and protection at our home . Ever since we switched to this company , quite a number of years ago, I have been extremely remedy impressed with the high caliber of knowledge ,professionalism and service provided. Indeed, I have recommended them to a number of my friends who, in turn , have advised me of their satisfaction and thanked me for my recommendation .If you׳re happy with something, of course you stick with it . That's why my wife and I are long time customers and intend to continue for many years to come .
