I have been a customer since 2004. I have never had any problems. The cost is comparable to other companies for what you get. I recently called regarding the backup battery and a service technician was at my house with a replacement battery in a couple of hours. I could not have asked for better service.

I have been with Home Protection Plus for more than 10 years and have received an excellent service. Recently, I've decided to get rid of the phone landline and to switch home monitoring to cellular GSM. I shopped around but came back to HPP. Basically, conversion was done as the quick, clean job by Jason, who gladly answered all my questions. I would recommend Home Protection Plus if you looking for reliable and competitive home security service. Well done!

Job involved changing 8 locks to Mul T Lock system and installation of further security devices on doors. I was pleased with the work completed and the level of customer service delivered. I was also comfortable having the installer, John, in my home - he was professional and respectful. John arrived ready to get to work immediately. He laid out his floor tarps to place his tools. He worked quickly but without compromise to a high standard of finishing. He adjusted the doors so that they would close better and any door hardware (that was not part of the installation) that was not quite straight. Further, he persisted in getting rid of squeaking hinges on the front door until it was gone. While he did not have to do anything but install the locks, John did extra and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. This was partly evident in the fact that he cleaned up as he progressed through the job. The salesperson, Brian, also stopped by during the installation to confirm that the job was going well. One of the door safety devices I had ordered would have compromised the aesthetic of the door and moulding and John and Brian advised me as such so that I could choose to install a (less expensive) alternate device. They could have just installed the device I ordered and made more money but this company appears interested in the best interest of the client and long term relationships. There are many people who can install locks but if you are looking for a service oriented company then I have no hesitation in recommending Protection Plus.

Who new that for me to pick a new dead-bolt front door locking system from Lowe's could feel as complcated as performing brain surgery. Indeed it did and fortunately I found John/Protectionplus through the Homestars website to assist. Before we set up our appointment to get the installations done we figured out what exacly would fit my 1970's existing, dated front door and John was kind enough to pick up a few mid-high quality options from his supplier for me to choose from instead of what I had originally purchased and had a feeling wouldn't fit anyway. In the end it was a more complicated install than John had originally thought but he worked away at it until it was perfect and now I have a really nice new dead-bolt front door lock system. Thanks so much for your support John. Aside from the safety aspect, aesthetics was also important for me and my new door lock looks really, really sharp. I love it.

Needed an alarm system for our home. Protection plus was reasonable and had all the qualities we wanted in a security system. Good customer service as well. Every time I call them they provide answers to all my questions.

Met with a service person named Joe for alarm take over. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about they system and took the time to make sure everything was installed and running properly. He made sure we understood our current system and that we were fully aware of all the capabilities. I had no idea that we were not using the alarm to its full potential. A service. Would definately recommend to others.
