    Great Continuing Service

    I would like to highly recommend Protection Plus. I do not as a habit, take to the internet in order to write reviews. However, I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed by both the product and service which Protection Plus provides. They listened carefully and patiently to my security concerns and installed a system that met all of my requirements and is extremely user friendly. Even post installation, they were extremely accessible and answered any questions that I had. Two Thumbs Up!!!!! Great Job!!!! Thanks!!!

    Installed high security multilocks in my two entry doors

    John did a great job installing the multi-lock in my front door and my backyard. I am very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this company and I will hire them again.

    WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE !

    Company came in installed the cameras but never Iintalled it on my laptop. Told me someone who does it was on vacation and would have it for next week. Called my rep 2 x and sent him emails no response. It's been over a month and no response. What good are the cameras without being able to view it on your laptop?

    Home Alarm System

    Fantastic customer service from the guys at Protection Plus. Brian was great to deal with and the technician and locksmith who installed the system were professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a top grade home security system.

    Window film

    Brian was great to deal with (as usual) and Jason did a great job with the installation. The work was done in a timely way for a fair price. Great experience.

    Great installation and great products. Excellent customer sercice

    Protection Plus reviewed my property and security needs. They developed a plan and cost effective solution which met my needs and budget and followed it up with an excellent job of installation

    Locksmithing

    Our locksmith, John, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was clearly in command of the craft, and made us feel secure in the quality of his work. I recommend him without reservation.

    Alarm

    Very satisfied with the installation process, however after approx 5 months the main contact in the home has come off and when I called to request a technician to come and assist/repair, I was advised to try and "super glue it back on". In my mind, that is not a safe and secure method

    Glad to see that you were satisfied with the installation process. Yes, sometimes contacts come off, especially when the extremely hot weather comes around. Having said that, it may happen in less than 1 % of our installs. Unfortunately, after 5 months, your install was that situation.     Friendly service, a few technical difficulties and yet to be solved issues but nice technician.

    Mul-t-locks

    I contacted several companies and decided to choose ProtectionPlus as they replied and followed up very quickly to begin with, you know, that first impression. Brian came over and looked at all the doors and gave me his analysis, which convinced me that the company knows what it's doing. I couldn't be happier with the installation. I usually leave home at 8am so they came at 7am to get it done for me! Give them a call and you won't regret!
