Protection plus installed a new digital lock on one of our office doors. They were amazing at responding quickly, answering all of our questions and did an amazing job in the office. Great service and would recommend them!

I had my residential alarm system installed in May. From the beginning I was reassured that I made the right choice with Protection Plus. I spoke with Mike over email about my security system needs and he gave me a few choices that addressed my needs. I got an appointment right away (within a few days). The installation technician, John was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My system was installed quickly and John took the time to show me how the system worked and showed me how to use the very useful cellphone app (used to arm/disarm the system). I have had my system for over a month now and I am extremely happy with it. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get a customized system for your security needs.

After over 11 years of reliable use, our keypad was wearing out and a few buttons were not functioning. I calld Protection Plus and they sent a service person to replace the keypad for free. They came in less than 2 hours from my call and were fast and efficient. Thank you!!

The whole protection plus install team (John, Joe, Jason) and Security consultant Brian did a great job assessing our security needs and professionally installing a security system and physical security that gives us peace of mind that was within our budget. They took the time to look at our house and made suitable suggestions that did not break the bank and were honest about things we did not need and were probably overkill. All the physical security, from the security window film, door safes, door guardians, and mul t locks, makes our doors virtually impenetrable and is very inconspicuous. The hard wired security system replaced an older security system that was not functioning but used the old wiring and sensors. Love the fact that it is using GSM and has a pet friendly motion detector that doesn't get triggered by our dog. Thanks guys for doing a great job!

I am very pleased with this alarm company and I researched most of the competitors . And required service is performed promptly . Installation was easy and they call quickly if the alarm is triggered

I recently moved into a townhouse that had an old and nonfunctional security system. I contacted Steve to get an idea of the cost- he replied very quickly, was honest and very professional. Booking a time slot for the job was quick and painless. Joe did the upgrades- he was very efficient and patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. John placed a lock on my patio door as the lock was broken and went through all my doors to check if they are secure. I was impressed with their work an honesty- I was told when my doors already had "the best lock available" and they certainly did not push me to buy something I did not need. I very much appreciate this level of professionalism and integrity. I would certainly recommend them to friends in the future.

Very professional in providing advice and recommendation for audio only and audio and video. We chose the audio video option and found Protection Plus's price very competetive. Install, done by Jason, was also highly professional. Overall, very pleased with their excellent service and product. I'd recommend them to a friend.
