Alarm System Technical Support
we had a problem with the alarm light coming on. when i contacted Protection Plus, they connected me with the technical deaprt and they trouble shooted immediate, expalining / teaching me all the way through.
they identified the issue .. needed a new main battery .. and led me to source that had the unit in stock.
Stephen even provided me with a .pdf manual for our our system, which i have now read, and have a much better understanding of the system, it's flexibility and all the operating options that i did not know existed,
they were extremely helpful .. i would recommend this group to anyone considering alarm system monitoring. support.
