we had a problem with the alarm light coming on. when i contacted Protection Plus, they connected me with the technical deaprt and they trouble shooted immediate, expalining / teaching me all the way through. they identified the issue .. needed a new main battery .. and led me to source that had the unit in stock. Stephen even provided me with a .pdf manual for our our system, which i have now read, and have a much better understanding of the system, it's flexibility and all the operating options that i did not know existed, they were extremely helpful .. i would recommend this group to anyone considering alarm system monitoring. support.

I am satisfied with Protection Plus, excellent security for my sanity. Kind staff and accommodating. One draw back I have is the chiming of the alarm when opening doors. I wish to have it lowered but need to check with technicians to get this done. Otherwise it is an excellent necessity.

Wanted to say thank you to Steve and Joe for a pleasurable experience. From the initial consultation with Steve, who was friendly and professional, he explained exactly what we needed to fulfill our security concerns. The estimate was reasonable and we never felt like he was trying to sell us things we didn't need. The installation went smoothly. Joe was friendly, courteous, super careful and respectful of our home. He cleaned up after the work he performed in every area of the house. He was very patient with all of my questions and I truly thank him for that. Overall it was a great experience. We have had the alarm for a few weeks now and are very pleased with it. With Joe's tutorial it is easy to use and Steve's follow up after installation for further questions we are off and running. Now in terms of support, we have not had any issues but I would assume they would be just as great should something arise. Thanks guys for an excellent job!

Protectionplus is a great security company to how on your side their staff are very helpful from the installers to the tech support team what ever issue your having they fix it fast thanks guys I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great security company

The technicians showed up on time...checked every single motion detector and door contacts and verified that all equipment was functioning properly... and then trained our staff on the operation of the alarm system and monitoring service. They also provided us with a remote monitoring tool. Excellent work and service.

Jason Fischer did an outstanding job on our alarm install. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. He was a pleasure to work with, totally reliable and a true professional. He is knowledgeable about his product and highly skilled technically. He went above and beyond in terms of ensuring we had what we needed in the system (and no more), doing a clean and tidy install (have a look at the before and after pics above), answering our questions and confirming that we understood everything about our new system. I truly felt like he treated my job like he was working on his own house.

I was switching my home monitoring services from another company. Protection Plus provided quick and responsive service. The service technicians (John and Joe) were very informative who also possessed excellent customer service skills. I look forward to working with this company for many years.

Steve was superb in providing a tailor-made quote specific to our needs (cameras/security system). The turn-around time from quotation to installation was less than a week. We were very pleased with the quality, dedication and customer service provided by Joe (the installer). There was one camera that was faulty and was immediately replaced the very next day (hassle free). Overall, very happy with the service received to-date.
