    Home Protection Plus alarm system

    One of the window sensors needed to be reapplied. John was efficient, prompt and very personable. I would recommend this system and am pleased with the service.

    HIGH SECURITY LOCKS And Door Guardians

    John did an amazing job with both his security recommendations and lock installations. We felt he treated the security of the home like it was his own. Really appreciated the extra level of care and attention taken to help make us feel safer.

    Sears Protection Plus Home Alarm System

    I had my Sears Home Alarm System installed in my house in 2008,it is a very reliable system,I have had no problems with my home alarm since it was installed in 2008, the Monthly Monitoring fees are very reasonable and the Monitoring and Service Departments are very helpful, when you have any problems with your Home Alarm System. I am Very Happy with the Sears Home Alarm System,and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable Home Security System.

    Long term partnership pays off

    I was changing to a wireless home security system and called to cancel my long term service with Protection Plus. Thank goodness they offered a wireless system. The installer was terrific, the system seamless and we keep our great partner in security. It pays to talk to your service provider before believing all the media hype of the big guys.

    Surveillance System installation

    Protection Plus gave excellent customer service from the expertise of the informative sales representative to the skilled installer. Despite some of the setbacks that they faced in our systems and internet challenges, they patiently persevered and delivered a user-friendly product. Thank you to both gentlemen.     Door Reinforcement

    Brian who did our initial consultation was professional and patient. He was not out to sell me anything but to provide me with what I needed. John who did the instillation of our locks was the most professional person I have ever dealt with. Honestly I would hire him to do all sorts of work in my home. I am very impressed!

    Alarm Services

    We recently experienced a low battery and was notified by the alarm company of the signal. They called our home and gave us direction as to how to take care of it.
