    MUL T LOCK and Door Safe Install

    Brian was very knowledgeable, practical and honest. Very responsive, patient and helpful in answering questions. John did a professional install and I'm very happy with his work.

    Intercom Release Station With Lock Upgrades

    Brian, Jason and John were professional, friendly and quick. They walked me through all the products and technicalities with ease and did a great job! I definitely feel protected and safe now. Thank you for everything boys! :)

    home alarm system changed from one provider to Protection Plus Security Systems

    We changed our alarm system from one provider to Protection Plus Security Systems. The consultant we dealt with, (Steve), was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. All of our questions were addressed immediately and we were left confident in our decision to change companies. The cost for the change includes 1 year coverage and a new keypad.

    High Security Lock Upgrade, Door Guardians, Patio Deadlock And Alarm Upgrade

    Protection Plus lives up to all the great reviews you see online. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars.

    Home Alarm Service

    Customer service is great, they do make try to assist as much as possible. When it's not their department (service) it may take a day before they call back. When you talk to them or have them to site check they are more than helpful with answering questions. Just one thing that our window has a wire that did not work, so that window is not protected, but they said that they can't do anything else to help us unless upgrading with a significant more charge. Overall, great service with an awesome price.

    home security system

    Consulted and Installed home security system. Was very honest about what we needed and did not need. Great customer service and technicians that installed were reliable and pleasant to work with

    Security

    Excellent company. They were all very professional and informative. In particular, John & John were great and very hardworking. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for security. You won't be disappointed.

    Home Security Instalation

    Mike and staff provided excellent upfront consultation and quotes. They showed up on time and delivered exactly what was discussed. As a repeat customer I will definitely recommend their services.

    Alarm Installation and Monitoring

    I have nothing but positive feedback for Protection Plus. I contacted Protection Plus when I was looking at switching providers at my workplace. The customer service from the quote, to the installation, to the after hours support, has been outstanding. So much so, that I am now switching to PP for my own home monitoring. Highly recommend Protection Plus for your alarm needs!

    Lynx Touch 7000

    John and John came this morning and installed my lynx touch 7000 system. They were tremendously professional, thorough in their work and ensured all was clean around the various working areas. They took the time to test the system to ensure proper working order and ensured I was comfortable understanding my system before departing. We discussed system capabilities and they stayed until I was adequately comfortable. They encouraged questions. If home safety and security is a priority in your life no need to look further than Protection plus. Ask for team John to come and analyze your needs and install what is needed to protect your home.
