    Home alarm system and monitoring station

    I have been a customer for about 6 years now and the service has always been great. I have many false alarms and the response time is always very quick. When ever I had any kind of technical problems Stephen has always been very helpful in resolving the most complicated issues. I had switched to a voip phone service that other companies didn't even support or willing to attempt to try, but with Stephens technical knowledge he was able to get it to work. I would highly recommend Protection Plus to everyone.

    security system

    I have now had Protection Plus Home Security for approx. 12 years. My system has never failed me. The staff is so courteous and helpful when I call in to speak with someone with any questions I may have. The cost is well worth it just to give me a sense of protection from the outside world. Thank you especially to Helen!

    Agree with the comments above. The cost below is for the high end locks. John explained everything in person and via phone. Steve has a lot of experience with home security and was the point man who explained all of the different services, pros/cons through repeated conversations as we decided what the best approach was for us.

    System Upgrade Mr. Lamba

    John was kind, thorough and paid attention to detail. He explained everything clearly and did a dry run through. The cost included the panel, gsm, a couple of additional sensors and upgrading another panel. It also included the first year of coverage.

    Home security system

    We've been using Protection Plus services since 2006. In 2015 we upgraded our alarm panel for added tech features which makes for easier convenience. Overall, very happy with this security company. Their customer service representatives and onsite technicians are very professional and helpful with all inquiries. I always recommend them to friends and family.

    Camelia Wedding New Alarm

    Ernie is amazing. He is very patient and also offered to help moving my other wires to the back of my shop which is beyond his responsibility.

    Home security monitoring

    The call centre staff are always professional and calls are answered quickly. Staff are very helpful with call list changes which we request for extended vacations. Staff provided assistance over the phone when taking the system off line for sensor relocations and testing.

    locks And Rekeys

    I've been using Home Protection Plus monitoring since 2002. I just moved to a new house and they reactivated my service at my nee adress. Their locksmith, John, gave me a couple of options to rekey my house and I picked the best.

    Very professional, great at answering questions, getting back to us on time and had all the work done super fast and efficiently.

    home alarm

    Good service. Never an issue. The install person was very knowledgeable and support I've. The call center always calls me within a min of the alarm going off. The sales rep was not pushy and they gave me a deal for 2 mths off if I paid for 1 yr in advance, 2 mths if I paid 2 yrs in advance or 3 mths if I paid 3 yrs in advance.
