    Alarm System

    My family and I have been using Protection Plus since 2009. From the first moment they walked in to our house to assess the current environment and give us a solution that will fit our needs, to now, the experience has been very enjoyable. They are very easy to work with and respond very quickly with whatever questions or requirements we may have. Their pricing is very competitive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at security solutions for their home.

    Home Security System and Monitoring

    We purchased the home protection system from Sears Protection Plus through word of mouth from a friend. We've never had any problems with the system, and the customer service is excellent. I would definately recommend Home Protection Plus. The monitoring fees are much lower than other monitoring companies, and the customer service personnel is always pleasant to deal with. Stephen Burshtein was expecially helpful and curteous is dealing with a recent issue we had with the system.

    Security

    We have been a customer since the fall of 2002. Whenever we need assistance, everything is dealt with promptly and efficiently. We always receive great service. Always understanding of false alarms.

    Excellent product and great customer service

    Any time there is an issue, last case had a window and sliding door replace in the kitchen due to renovation. Protection Plus came out quickly and set up the alarm for us so we would continue to be safe.

    Disconnected the alarm on kitchen window site #4.

    Kitchen window is not properly closing causing by broken handle of the window which causes the alarm to trigger. A lot of times, the wind caused the window to open.

    Technical Service

    First rate service in resolving technical issues. Highly value Stephen's efforts. have been with this company for several years and always appreciate their customer centred approach to service to customers

    Alarm System

    I have been a Protection Plus customer since 2003 and am very pleased with their service over the past years. They came to the house to reconnect the alarm system to the windows when I replaced them a few years ago. I disconnected my home phone, so they came and added a system that would connect with my cell phone. I would rate them as a 10 star company. Diane in Toronto

    Home Alarm system monitoring

    I recently has an issue with my Alarm system, the door connector disabled the alarm. I called the service department at Home Protection Plus, they were very good in looking after me, explain the details, and walked me through resolving the issue. Thank You Jara Jara

    Home Security Alarm System

    After they got you entered into the long term contract, the quality of the service just declined significantly. The company is being reluctance to come to your house to check the malfunctioning products. You have to literally waiting for weeks before anyone would contact you. Unlike Rogers, their system is not compactable with any of your existing home alarm devices, detectors or they just feed you the story so they can save the trouble to travel to your house. Please, be very cautious abour entering long term contract with this company. just add to my comment above The company will process your cancellation the next month, just so they can collecting an extra month's charge, but the problem is they never sent that part of the agreement to me for review. how can you expect customers sign one agreement at the beginning, and then at the end let them know that there’s another part of the agreement and you are obligate to it. They even threaten to send your personal info to collection agency if you don't pay

    Alarm system

    I have been really pleased with the service I have paid for 8 yrs. they have been very accommodating and helpful .i have had no issues with my service . But 1 thing pls inform me of new promotions or savings thx
