    Home Security

    I have been with Protection Plus since 1999. I find them very professional, knowledgeable & friendly, when I contact them I get prompt service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home alarm system.

    Home Alarm

    I recently has an issue with my Alarm system, the battery low indicator was on all the time. I called the service department at Home Protection Plus, they were very good in looking after me, explain the details, and also sent some one over to do a complete check.

    home security system

    This Company installed our very first (and only) security system in our home and we are just as impressed with their service and integrity now as we were then. . . . . almost 20 years. They have always been there with answers to any questions or concerns which we may have had regarding the system and have offered assistance and expertise graciously. Each and every one of them has been a pleasure to deal with and given us complete piece of mind. We highly recommend them. Thanks again Steve for listening and helping me - appreciate it.

    Alarm System

    What a pleasure. Trouble light appears on console. I call and get through to service with no wait. Once I determined what zone was impacted, they were able to ID exactly where in the house the problem was and all was taken care of in record time. What a pleasure to deal with such a professional company

    Alarm

    we were with them 15 years. We had a problem with are key pad The very next day they showed up at the door. and problem was resolved quickly. I am very Happy with the Service and they re very helpful over the phone.

    alarm

    I was happy with the service until I started experiencing issues with the motion sensor. i had to call a few times to get it resolved, but they did in the end. I would say they are committed to making their customers happy.

    security

    We have been using protection plus services for several years now and they have been excellent at all times providing us with updates on anything going on inside the house. I highly recommend this service as they are always available to help and keep us safe!

    Monthly Service

    We have used Protection Plus for a number of years and have never had any issue with either the equipment or the monitoring. They are an amazing service at great value and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

    Alarm Monitoring Sears HomeProtection

    Sears HomeProtection Plus is an excellent company to hire for your home alarm monitoring needs: (1) their service is reliable, (2) their representatives are friendly, and (3) their prices are fixed and affordable! I am recommending their services to anyone seeking excellent and headache free service. I have been with them over 8 years and planning to stay with them. They are still honouring the same monthly fixed price they offered me since joining although I do not mind a reasonable increase due to inflation and cost of living increase.

We deicide to end that affiliation over 3 years ago, however all customers are contracted with us, Protection Plus , and we continue to service our clients in the most professional manner possible.     Home Security upgrade

    Sears Security's goal is protection 24/7. Their service is top notch! Excellent problem solving, Excellent customer service (listen, polite, provide options in their suggestions, prompt, efficient and caring). Service is done in a timely manner. The caring part is very important. They have always been supportive from day one when I started with them.
