    office security system

    Jason installed my system and was awesome. He was very personal, friendly and installed my system in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him and protection plus to anyone

    Home Monitoring

    Protection plus has been a great service. Easy installation when we first moved in and ongoing consumer service has been great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home monitoring service.

    alarms and security cameras

    The entire team is prompt at addressing our needs, Jason usually comes to us for service calls and is very friendly and efficient. Quality, price and services are all excellent.

    Monitored home security system

    We have relied on Protection Plus as a safeguard for our home in Mississauga for over 10 years. The choice of Protection Plus was based on a strong recommendation provided by the Home Service Club, and we chose well. The installation of the monitoring and alarm system was done efficiently and the system has operated flawlessly. Response to the occasional tripping of the alarm by our children was fast and courteous. We even had occasion to be contacted by the alarm monitoring centre when the power in the neighbourhood went down, with the contact being to assure us that they were aware of the local situation. We have just had new doors installed as part of a renovation to our aging house, and this resulted in the sensors that had been in place being removed. The door installers unfortunately could not leave sufficient wiring length for an easy fix. Protection Plus sent a technician to replace the sensors as soon as the door installers were finished. Even though the technician was unaware until he arrived that some new wiring had to be pulled, this was done immediately and we were back under the watchful electronic eye of the alarm monitoring station – which called moments after the technician tripped the alarm. Very revealing of the people who run the Protection Plus operation is that they indicated there would be no charge for the service call and the new sensor components given that we were long-time customers. As already said, we chose well in selecting Protection Plus as our security system provider, and we highly recommend Protection Plus to our friends, neighbours and others in our family.

    Alarm System Takeover

    We recently bought a house that had an pre-existing alarm system in place. Based on the positive reviews on Homestars and reasonable monthly fees, we decided to go with Protection Plus. We arranged a date and time to set-up the service. They arrived on time, did a thorough job of ensuring the system was set-up properly, and took the time to explain how to use the system. Overall, we have been very impressed with the customer service to date.

    Home alarm monitoring

    Protection Plus has been monitoring my home alarm system for many years and they've always provided fast and friendly service. It never takes long for them to call when an alarm is triggered and I know i'll be able to count on them if ever there's an issue and not false alarms like the past.

    Monitored security system

    We've been with this company for 14 years and have enjoyed nothing but excellent service from day one. All staff, from their admin and service to the monitoring station are superb and their products have never ever failed to work. We couldn't be happier.

    Home security system system

    We have a 25 year old security system and Steve at Home Protection Plus has been great at keeping my system up and running without any major costs. Other companies had suggested a complete replacement at huge expense. Even with small issues, rather than making a house call he talked me through it.. and fixed the problem. Excellent service.

    Replace Alarm components

    Key Pad develop low sound chimes, I called Protection Plus they said Key Pad, Panel are over 25 yrs., no parts available. Replace with current new New Parts free at no costs. Service was fast..100% satisfied.

    Protection Plus Alarm Services

    We have been with Protection Plus for over 9 years. They installed our alarm system and provide monitoring. We have found their service reliable and they are prompt and courteous when helping with questions etc. My phone line was not working a few days ago and the Protection Plus representative worked with me on my cell to determine if the alarm system in any way was the cause of the issues. He determined it was not and helped me to trouble shoot the problem so that I could then call Bell and tell them what the issues appeared to be. The amount I am referencing below is my approx. yearly cost for monitoring.
