    Home Alarm system

    Steve from the service department is extremely helpful and always willing to assist. The customer service I receive with Protection plus is exceptional and second to none. I have been with protection plus for well over 4years and do not plan on changing anytime soon.

    Home Alarm Monitoring

    I have used Protection Plus for a number of years and have always found them to be responsive no matter what my need - questions about billing, false alarms, etc. I have no doubt if we experienced a real emergency they would react quickly and professionally.

    Home security

    We are pleased with the service. We have been with this company for more than ten years and everything has been fine. We have not had any problems with this company.

    Fantastic Service

    Great Pricing and fast response, the one time we had the system fail they were out to repair it right away and never even charged us. we have had them for 3 years.

    Alarm Service

    We have been serviced by Protection Plus for many years and have never experienced an issue. They have always provided very efficient and friendly service I would highly recommend their services

    Home Security

    I have had my home security provided by Protection Plus for 3 years and they are responsive and helpful when I need servicing. Recently I had a concern regarding my motion sensor and Steve was so helpful in walking me through the testing and talking to me about options for monthly monitoring and options if I choose to give up my home phone. I pay for the service with a warranty fee built in for peace of mind and I am satisfied with the service I receive.

    Home Alarm System

    From the first dealings with Protection Plus, I could tell they genuinely cared. The installation was very professional and all concerns were properly addressed. I waited to post a review because you truly find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. We lost our internet during a storm which caused the panel to lose connection with the monioring centre. Steve promptly called me back (after hours) and talked me some troubleshooting techniques. I was back up and running within five minutes. There is a reason the company is rated so highly - Phenomenal service.

    Alarm system problem

    I have been a customer since 2011. A recent test of the system determined a connection problem. Within minutes it was decided a technician would come out within 4 days to fix a problem that someone else caused.

    Alarm Monitoring

    I've been using Protection Plus for almost 7 years. Never had a hitch once. Whenever I contact the administration office, I always get a prompt response. In fact I sometimes forget that they are monitoring my home.
