    home alarm

    I had this system in my other house for 20 years and was very happy with the service. I then transferred it to my new house last year and have been very happy with the service I receive .

    alarm installation and monitoring

    I have been a customer since 2004 and they provide good customer service. Their pricing is reasonable. I recently installed a glass break detector and already have motion detectors and door sensors.

    technical service for our home security system

    I called late Friday (4:50 PM). Steve called me back and spent approximately 30 minutes reprogramming my system after one of the motion detectors became off line. We replaced the batteries and he also showed me a few programming instructions in case any zones became an issue in the future. The system is working perfectly, and we have no reason for concern if any problems occur in the future. All in all a very good experience. Thanks Steve

    Home alarm system

    Home Security

    Protection Plus staff arrive on time, the staff are pleasant to deal with, and provide protection services with a user friendly system for a reasonable price. I will continue to use Protection Plus Home Security.

    replacement of alarm battery

    I was looking to replace my alarm battery, but was concerned about the service charge for protection plus to attend. I am a senior on a fixed income. The representative, Steve, was extremely helpful directing me to a retail location for the battery. Additionally, he helped me with information on how to replace the battery.

    home alarm

    Excellent protection and peace of mind. I have been with other carriers and had never been satisfied more. Highly recommended. Cost is very comparable to others in the market and even cheaper.

    Alarm installation

    Great experience with Protection Plus. They responded to my evening email the next morning. Janet (?) was professional and pleasant. The technician arrived as scheduled. (Sorry, don't remember his name). He was very professional, and I had a good sense that he knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. He got the system installed as quickly as he could, focused on his task (I was surprised - it takes quite some work). Overall, a pleasant, smooth experience from the beginning until the end, just the way it should be. It's a very competitive rate on monthly basis, too.

    Home Alarm Monitoring
