    Service

    As a Protection Plus customer for 8 years, I've never had the need to contact them. Recently; however, my system went wonky and I contacted Protection Plus for service. Stephen, the technical rep first tried troubleshooting with me and was able to quickly narrow down the problem. He scheduled a technician to come out within a few days and voila....... Not only did the technician fix the problem he also found a problem with my phone line and fixed that too. Punctual, thorough, professional and courteous. My experienced with Protection Plus was ALL POSITIVE. I would recommend them highly to any homeowner.

    Protection Plus

    Satisfied customer! Was originally going to go with AlarmForce but read numerous bad reviews about them. Most of our neighbours appear to use Protection Plus as well. So far no issues with the system or customer service!

    alarm system protection plus

    Homestars as a homeowner it is reasurring to know the company servicing and adminstrating my home alarm system is professional and right on top of things. I made a call to have my monthly "alarm" payment transferrd to another account. The call taker was pleasant, efficient and professional. This was done without any disruption to my alarm service.     Security Alarm

    Excellent! I would highly recommend Protection Plus. Everyone you deal with is smart, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed not only how quickly they installed the system, but how they took the time to explain the system. The best part and completely unexpected was the quality of the after service. If you are looking for an alarm system, I cannot say enough about this company, great product, great customer service and great price.

    Home Security and Alarm Service

    I've been with them for over 3 years now. They have the best pricing around for monthly service, and they are always quick to respond to alarm triggers (we've had experience with that - opening the door without disabling the alarm - great way to wake you up in the morning). They are prompt to answer when you call in, and have good technical knowledge about most things I have asked. They are very friendly and their service is easy to use with many options allowing for alternate lines/numbers, multiple contacts, etc. I successfully set up my redundant voip.ms and ObiHai device with backup number and everything. Very happy.

    Home security

    I have dealt with this company for many years and am very satisfied with their customer service, especially the technical team. A great company I would highly recommend to friends.

    home security alarm monitoring

    Protection Plus has been protecting our home for years. The cost is very competitive and the service level excellent. I recently contacted the service department for assistance and found the technician to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I also like the fact that they are located in the GTA. Thanks for a great service experience

    Home Alarm system

    Our old alarm system short circuited in a lightening storm. Home Protection sent out "John" to install a new system for us. John was amazing. He checked and rechecked every wire to make certain every thing was working perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

    Home Alarm

    My son accidentally set off alarm . I received a call to inform me about this gave them my password and all was fixed. Even though it was a false alarm I was very happy with the quick response.

    install home security system

    It has been more than one month when I installed my new security system. Jane was extremely helpful, courteous and engaging in our conversation. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful, efficient with time and tidy. I like how the alarm beeps when I enter my home; it's a reminder to turn the alarm off. I would definitely recommend Protection Plus.
