    Sears protection plus

    I have absolutely no issues with my Sears home monitoring services. Every year they also automatically renew my police and fire monitoring as well. I would recommend to my friends and family.

    Thanks Donna. We used to license the Sears name for over 10 years. Market conditions have changed and it was decided it would be best to continue our marketing under our own name Protection Plus. Nothing else has changed, unless for the better!

    Security home monitoring update

    I have been with Protection Plus for over a decade and find their administrative responses, prompt; and technician support, disciplined. At my last request, the technician stayed on task way past the end of his work day to address my concerns.

    Security Monitoring

    I have been using and continue to use Protection Plus (Sears) for my home security & monitoring for over 5 years. I have been happy with their service. I have not had any equipment problems; their sales & service is responsive; and their monitoring center is very quick to respond if I accidently trigger the alarm. The price is great for the value.

    Home Alarm

    I'm using Protection plus as my Alarm System provider since last June. I have to say that they act really fast. I very often come into the house and forget to turn the alarm off. They call me on the cell within a few seconds to check that all is well. I feel very safe with them. Thanks Protection Plus.

    Home Security Monitoring

    We have been with Protection Plus for over 10 years. They have offered consistently reliable service. Whe our alarm goes off, they quickly respond. The wiring equipment has worked without any problems, Very happy with this service.

    Home Alarm

    We have a home alarm with Sears, and the price is great for the value. I did extensive price comparisons. However, the system had a few flaws, and we were not able to track the problem for a while, and had to pay a "trip charge" for the technician to come out when it was a flaw in the system. They are however very friendly and helpful at the cutomer service.

    Thanks for your feedback. Your monitoring and service plan does not include trip charges on repairs. Our records indicate that even though this was the case, it was done at 50% discount. Thank you for your continued business.

    re-adjusting alarm wiring

    Needed the sensors re-wired due to renovations on two separate occaisions. Protection Plus provided quick, efficient service and was very fair in the rates charged. Everything works well and looks great.

    ALARM MONITORING SERVICE

    I have been with ProtectionPlus since July 2009 when I bought my home. Back then it was known as Sears, but I guess Protection Plus took over. Never had any problems and staff are great. Last month, I called them for some alarm warning signs and i got the stickers within a week. Thx

    Technical issues resolved with a phone call

    I had an issue and the technician was able to solve the problem over the phone this saving me a service call. He was very polite and a pleasure to speak with
