    Security Monitoring

    I have been a customer with Protection Plus for 9 years. For 6 of the 9 years, they monitored both of my homes. They are consistently available when I have any questions and more important, they contact me directly when I have a fault. I highly recommend using this service to my friends and family.

    Home Protection

    This is a Great Alarm monitoring company. They are always there when you need them. Whenever there is an issue, they have been ready, willing and able to assist me.

    Home security system & monitoring

    I have been using Protection Plus for my home security & monitoring for many years. (I'm still a customer.) I have always been happy with their service. The equipment has been problem-free for years; their sales & service is helpful and responsive; and their monitoring center is on top of it immediately if anything triggers our alarm. If I inadvertently trigger the alarm myself (which happens from time to time), I can count the seconds before my phone rings and it's the monitoring center confirming with me that all is well. That's very reassuring for me. (Indicated cost is monthly.)

    new location

    Always very accommodating and will to work around your schedule, great advise on what is best for you. I would recommend these guy's to anyone who is looking protection .

    HOME ALARM MONITORING SYSTEM

    We have been with the Protection Plus for the last three years and have received fast service with a follow up call and police service when our Alarm went off. They are prompt to follow up on calls both real and false. Therefore when it came time to renew our contract we were pleased to stay with Protection Plus!

    Renewal Home security monitoring

    The service is impeccable. Customer service is very easy to reach. They are very accommodating. The staff is pleasant and knowledgable. In my opinion they are the best in the industry.

    Home Alarm

    Protection Plus roughed in the alarm system in our new home and contacted us after we moved in about installing a system. After shopping around we found their offer to be quite reasonable. Installation went very smoothly with the technician showing up on time, being very courteous and thoroughly explaining the system. Follow-up support was excellent when one of our motion sensors was not working properly. The sensor was promptly replaced under warranty when it was determined it had malfunctioned. Monitoring has been good with phone calls received immediately to check on us the few times we've accidentally set off the alarm. I would definitely recommend Protection Plus for anyone looking for a new system or looking for monitoring service.

    Monitored Alarm

    My husband and I were looking for a monitored alarm system and we called several companies and we decided to go with Protection Plus as the information and time taken to explain the company, products, and options was incredible. Customer service was great from the start to the installation of our monitored system. We are extremely happy and would like to thank Protection Plus for their service.

    Protection Plus

    Fantastic installer, quick and efficient. Explained how the system works. Monthly service is the cheapest around and customer service reps are happy to help out with any account questions. Very happy with the choice I made in service provider.
