    Home Alarm System

    Protection Plus was referred to me by a family memeber. Haven't had a problem with them yet (which is a good thing). Alarm has gone off a couple of times and I've been notified right away. Relatvely cheap compared to other companies.

    Home Protection Plus Security Systems

    I was having a problem setting my alarm. The alarm would go off, a minute after set. I phoned Home Protection Plus and was greeted by a "REAL PERSON" immediately and I was transferred to the Service Dept. where I spoke & dealt with ONLY one Representative. He quickly checked on on the connections and had me punch in a few codes. This corrected the problem. He did a test and all was well. Painless & Fast!! Thankyou.

    Security System

    My inquiry was promptly addressed when I called and followed up with an e-mail. Yes, I would recommend this company to others. I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years.

    Service

    I had the equipment installed free of charge by a very competent and friendly installer. We have had it monitored now for 9 years without any problems. The priority numbers can be changed as often as needed. The staff have always been very helpful and polite. The cost noted above is the aprox monthly charge.

    Home Secirity - Alarm Monitoring

    I have been using Protection Plus since July 2013. They have provided me an excellent service, right from the installations of hardware to any question I asked them about monitoring. They are very quick in responding to any emergency call. They are very friendly to work with and provide excellent guidance to save money.

    Alarm Monitoring

    My husband and I have been with Protection Plus for roughly 5 years now, we recently decided to move and there was no doubt that we were going to have our services with Protection Plus at our new home. Great company, Reliable and absolutely amazing people to deal with!

    alarm system

    I needed a new alarm system installed in my home. The service representative was very helpful and answered all my questions. He arrived on time, and the work was done well, clean and tidy.

    Home alarm service

    Great service, very professional, great product...Would recommend this product/service to all my friends and family! When I had an issue with the alarm, a technician was sent and repaired the problem quick!

    Alarm System

    I called Protection Plus to make changes to my alarm system. When all was said and done, I ended up saving money! Great customer service and response time. Jane was vety helpful and knowledgable.

    new aiarm

    wanted new alarm company to monitor my home system. they came and set up a new system. The alarm was going off at night. Because the phone line was by cable they had to put a different system in no charge, things have been great since.
