    alarm system

    Great service in our alarm service. Thank you for the great customer service as well they are very helpfull in what we needed and still need. I recommand this service to anyone

    home security system

    We have been with this company for 17 years,the house alarm went off last week on a Sunday and would not turn off. Protection Plus was great. From Ruby in the office to Steve in the field and the service guy who came to the house. Parts replaced fast and no charge. Excellent monitoring service too.

    house alarm

    We installed this alarm service nine years ago and are very satisfied with the service. We have never had a problem with the equipment, and the response time to the alarm being activated is very quick and the service very polite. The only concern we have is that the smoke detector in our open plan kitchen/dining/living room can be activated very easily, eg. using the toaster.

    Lis please rememeber to vacuum out your smoke detector every so often. If any smoke occurs, while clearing it from the kitchen, open the windows and try covering the detector for a few minutes. These tips may minimize false alarms. All the best.

    Security System

    They have great customer support and always are patient when talking with me on the phone. They help me find any resources in my area that I can use. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

    Home Alarm

    When I moved to my new place I decided to buy a alarm system and I chose the Protection Plus. Then alarm system has an APP that I can access to my system anywhere which is really useful for me in case of forgetting to arm it.

    Alarm System

    Good customer service. Friendly advice and service. Always willing to answer questions, very responsive and come out for home service. Would recommend them for anyone looking for an alarm company.

    Service

    It's like the logo states...Protection Plus. Having this service takes away any worries or concerns when we are home but especially when we are away from home. Protection Plus provides GREAT customer service. Thanks Ruby!! LCR

    Home monitoring

    Service is great, monitoring call backs are prompt. We were charge for onsite alert and after investigating it was credited back to us. We would highly recommend Protection Plus to other customers.

    New Home Monitoring System

    We chose Protection Plus for our new home monitoring system because of there price, the fact that they were wired vs wireless and for the services they provide (both now and in the future). Extra monitors were cost effective and monthly monitoring was comparable to competition, but reduced after 36 months.

    alarm installation

    Great experience with protection plus, they came in and reviewed the best option for me since I don't have a land line, and installed a system that makes great sense for the space I am in. Also had an issue with the front door contact sensor and they sent someone over right away to fix it.
