    Repair home security system

    Protection Plus diagnosed and repaired my home security system. The company representative responded to my request efficiently, booked an appointment right away and the installer was pleasant, efficient and restored the securuty system to my satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. I found this company to be very client oriented, friendly and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others needing home security services.

    installation and monitoring of home security system

    A great company, they use high-quality products and are very patient and thorough, at both installation and afterwards, helping me to feel confident in operating the system. I highly recommend them!

    Home alarm

    10 very satisfied in the service provided by protection plus Steve helped to try resolve a problem I had with my alarm. He was very concerned with my problem,he guided me through to try find resolutions. When my problem couldn't not be resolved through the phone,he instructed me that he would send a technician to solve my problem. Thank you service was great

    Home Security System

    Have been with Protection Plus for quite a while now, and have always found the service timely and the personnel very pleasant. The latest contact I had to make with them was with regards to a nuisance "alarm" - more of a beeping than a full blown horn blowing! Did not know what it was due to. Protection Plus personnel enlightened me as to the cause, a low battery, and assured me that this did not interfere with the operation of the alarm system as long as my normal power supply was not disrupted. They have arranged for someone to come over and replace the battery. This is what I call excellent service. Thanks

    Home alarm monitoring

    Protection Plus has monitored our home for a number of years and we have always been happy with their responsive, polite and professional service. They take the time to answer questions, provide instructions and follow through right away with change requests. We initially signed up through Sears and paid a reasonable price for the installation upfront. Cost shown below is monthly monitoring fee, not including tax.

    Co-Op Student

    I did my co-op placement at Protection Plus a few months ago. I must say it was an amazing experience working with everyone there. The staffs are very professional and friendly. They all made me feel very comfortable. The technicians are very punctual and knowledgeable of their products. The staffs made sure their number 1 priority are their customers, not to mention the alarm protection deals are very affordable. Great company to get your Home or Business alarm protection with.

    Alarm System, service & monitoring

    I've been dealing with Protection Plus for 15 years. Consistency is everything and these folks nail it. Always good, they think the situation through, deliver a quality product and service and do so with kindness and a sense of humour. I'm a fussy customer but these folks exceed my expectations. I recommend them highly.

    home alarm with panic

    I am a senior alone and want the security of an alarm and also wear the panic remote in case of emergency. Also home insurance is discounted which is a nice benefit.

    Upgrade Security

    Upgraded our security system to be accessible through the internet. The serviceman was great, and the product is functioning flawlessly. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in getting a security system installed.
