The company burned the lawn with fertilizer. When I called to advise them of the issue, they said that they would send out a technician and repair the lawn. Repair was not completed and further service made the situation worse. No manager addressed the issue and no return call was received. The last Service was not completed, yet the receipt they left claimed that they did - my property was locked yet they still claim that the services were completed. Requested a refund for at least the last service and the burned grass via email with a note to cancel any future serivces. I finally received a phone call who claimed to be the manager who was incredibly rude and told me before the conversation began that there were no refunds. Talked over me and was not interested in any of my concerns. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE FOLLOW-UP - and does not stand behind their services.Answer from pro:

Any time there is a problem with the weeds, I call in and it is properly looked after without trouble. The grass always looks healthy. You are the best company that I can recommend. I readily recommended you to a friend of mine, who will use your service next year.Answer from pro:

Customer care exceptional. Must commend supervisory Staff Viman for delivering professional and timely services. Exceptionally focused on client satisfaction. I had issues regarding timing of visits which other staff did not deliver on but once spoken with her everything was done perfectly. since then no issues and very happy overall with the service provided for a healthy lawn.Answer from pro:

Mr. President! Hometurf staff sprayed weeds control July 10. It did not work at all. Called Hometurf office, I have to pay additional cost because I called 2 months later. I was away for a month. Hometurf does not customers satisfaction service at all !!!Answer from pro:

I have used their services since 2016 or 2017. They iaed to be professional but unfortunately not anymore. 2024 update: Since 2023 my grass started dieng. Kept on complaining. Despite this fact, in a hope to get things better in 2024, I renewed the services. Unfortunately no improvement in grass condition but got worst. Their ppl come and just apply their routine stuff, no special treatment and care for dieng grass despite my email and phone calls.Answer from pro:
