    Sub adequate results with promised delivery

    We switched to Hometurf this year based on the cost verse others. The service we received was as promised but the results of todays chemicals are not as effective as we can find on golf courses. Areas of our lawn did not perform well and when I asked the Hometurf technician for advice but he did not have the knowledge to make the repairs or offer suggestions. He was there to spray for weeds, add fertilizer and move on to next customer. I did my own research on-line to attack crab grass, brown patches and clover with moderate success. We will resume the service next year but if no improvement I will start my own applications the following year. Let's see if Hometurf can improve in 2019?

    Customer Service

    This will be our 3rd year using Hometurf Lawn Care. When we have called to have a respray due to conflict with the TH Complex lawn cutting contract the to arrange a reapplication of the treatment, we have never had to leave a message, our calls are always answered by a cheerful, courteous,and polite person who listens and addressed our concern. On the occasion we had contact with the Technicians they were knowledgeable and always attentive to any requests ensuring that the services meet our satisfaction. Hometurf seems to place a lot of importance on customer satisfaction.

    Lawn care

    Excellent service. An excellent product that is pet friendly. A reliable and dependable company. Fantastic customer service also. Have renewed the service for a few years now. And will again in the future.

    Do not go with HOME TURF. Very rude with customers and this company will not refund if you want to cancel.

    This Raj, as per my experience with these guys I advise not to go with HOME TURF since these people are very rude and their lawn service not at all worthful. They just charged for services which actually not seems done and they start debating with customers asking reference and recordings for your each call instead of helping. In my case I cancelled package of lawn maintenance first two visits itself but still ended up paying with amount for undone services. They covering amount for showing each visit with high quote. It seems gambling. Please stay away such companies those are not worried customers and their concerns. Thanks.

    Complete Program

    Great and on time service. I have been their customer for 5 years and I have had any problem or concerns with the Hometurf Lawn care service. I'm really satisfied with their service.

    Lawn Care

    I have been using Hometurf for several years now. The service has been great and they have always remembered to call before they aerate the lawn so I can mark my sprinkler heads. Best part is they don't call every week or knock on my door trying to upsell their service like other companies!

    Amazing customer service

    I’ve been using hometurf lawn care services for many years now. Amazing service as usually. Never had a complaint or issue. Everything is always done in a top notch professional manner and customer service is always perfect.

    Lawn Care

    We have been using Hometurf Lawn Care for five consecutive years. We appreciate the phone call to advise us when they are coming to do a lawn care treatment. Technicians are always attentive to any requests we make. On the occasions when we have had to call to request a respray or ask a question we have never had to leave a message. Our calls are always answered my a polite person who listens and addresses our concern. This company definitely works hard to earn five star reviews. We have used several lawn care companies in the past and this one is by far the best.

    Lawn Care

    First year of service. Decided to try it so it would be done on a regular schedule instead of my random efforts at times. One curious thing was that "overseeding" was done in the middle of a very hot, drought-like July. Always thought that the best time to apply grass seed was in the fall.

    Lawn Care

    Again, for the second year now, Hometurf provides an excellent service. The grass is very healthy. The weeds are destroyed. I will definitely renew for the following year, 2019. For any query, Hometurf replies and acts quickly.
