    Lawn service

    Hometurf have been servicing my lawn for the past 4 years. I've found them to be cost effective, reliable and efficient. They have been quick to respond to my queries whenever the extreme temps have resulted in lawn issues. I hope they continue with providing superior products and efficient services.

    Don't believe the hype

    The hype on their website is not reality. You never see anyone at your door, or working on your property. There seems to be no checks and balances on their service people and the service they claim to provide. My biggest mistake was believing the reviews. They seem to be ghosts. The only evidence that someone was there- is a bill on your door knob.

    Beware!!!

    I had to switch to Hometurf this year as the company I had used for many years, Green Spa Lawn Care, shut down and Hometurf was, kind of, given the list of GreenSpa's customers. My lawn had always been my pride. Well, not this year! Weeds are thriving more than ever. In addition, my lawn got introduced some new vegetation through an "overseeding" or a "weed control" session. None of my neighbours have it, only my lawn. It's like this stuff got sprinkled over my lawn. Hometurf has now said it is my problem and they have refused to deal with it. A true lawn maintenance company. Just like their website says - "hassle-free". Only for them is it "hassle-free", not for their customers. In addition, as I review the feed from my video-security systems, their technicians constantly miss many parts of my backyard rushing away to leave. Don't waste your money with Hometurf, find someone else. I will not most definitely be renewing my contract with Hometurf the next or any other season.

    Home Turf Orangeville

    Terrible service . Absolutely do not recommend this company . The workers are careless. My lawn looked the worst it has ever looked over the 2 year period that I used this service. The aeration that they did took all of 10 minutes. A month before that, because they were fertilizing the grass so fast the dumped the fertilizer and burnt out a big patch of grass. I paid for grass seeding on a bare spot maybe 2-3 seeds were put down. The customer service is even worse they didn't care about complaints.

    Literally the worst company I have ever used

    Terrible service . Absolutely obnoxious customer service manager on the phone . After explaining myself over 5 times how they came and only did 25% of my 50 Ft lot and were absolutely terrible . They never once sprayed on other side of our deck and the weeds grew over 4 ft tall this year ! Absolutely do not recommend this company . The workers are careless and rude . The customer service is even worse blaming the customer isnt the way to go

    Services Not Completed and Poor Customer Service

    When I registered for a package in mid spring, I asked if all 5 fertilizer applications could still be completed. The agent said yes. Since the end of the season is nearing and I've only received 3 applications, I called to follow up. The agent told me I was wrong and that I was only entitled to 1 more treatment not 2 and it was now too late in the season to provide 2 more treatments. My call was escalated to Desiree, the Customer Service Manager. I asked for a refund for the 5th application that was not going to be provided (this was obviously a very reasonable request) but Desiree got angry and refused and then hung up on me ! For anyone reading this, I recommend that you do business with a different company, one that treats people kindly and fairly.

    Lawncare

    Hometurf provided far better service than our previous lawncare provider. Our lawn is much thicker and greener and has a few weeds.

    Terrible Customer Service

    My experiences with HomeTurf Lawn Care so far have been profoundly disappointing and negative. I have paid this company extra money to also service a city-owned area which is right adjacent to my front lawn and their Technicians don't do it. Their Techs. are supposed to ring my door bell before service but they never do it. I want to speak to their Technicians before start of work in order to ensure that the full scope of work area is being applied but a lot of times I have missed this opportunity to do so. Their Supervisors have put Notes on my account for the Techs to read which isn't done. Overall, I have had nothing but problems in dealing with HomeTurf. I don't plan on doing any business with them in the future.

    Great service and good value for the money paid. Will renew again with them in the spring.
