    Complete Lawn Care Service

    We hired Hometurf this year after reading several good reviews. We are happy we made this choice! Our lawn was being taken over by weeds and our back yard was very patchy. There has been a significant difference in our lawn after just 1 season. We are confident it will get even better with continued services. The customer service is also excellent. Someone always answers the phone or returns your call/email. You also get a courtesy phone call the day before they are coming which is nice. We highly recommend Hometurf for your lawn care maintenance!

    Lawn Care

    This is my second season using Hometurf. I have been extremely happy with the results. Last year they provided aeration and overseeding both spring and fall even though my plan only includes one time. I had patio control this year and they came back a second time to be thorough. I can usually see the weeds dying within hours of an application. I have referred Hometurf to other friends.

    Home turf lawn care service

    Very pleased with this company. They call the day before they are coming and always show up promptly. As well they give you an update of how your lawn Is doing and tips to keep it looking good.

    Switched to Hometurf

    After using another lawn care company for several years, I decided to try Hometurf as their price was substantially less for providing the same overall service program. I general, I have been pleased, seeing no major overall difference, just one recent sub-par item. In late August, early September a few isolated areas started showing some significant weed growth. This is why I am rating them at 4 out of 5 at this time. My fall fertilizer and weed control was just recently applied on September 25. I will see if that eliminates the problem areas that have appeared. Until then, I beleive the overall rating I provided is fair and acurate.

    My Years With Hometurf

    I have always been very particular about my lawn. It's been a big joke amongst family and friends. However, about 10 years ago, because of work challenges I was not able to devote enough time to the lawn and it was starting to slip. I responded to a Hometurf's flyer, signing up for the "Complete Program". Since then, they have maintained my lawn up to my very high standards. Family and friends still think I'm the one doing all the work. Hometurf staff are punctual and provide a newsletter containing tips with every visit. I'm very satisfied with their service and have no qualms about referring them to anyone. Marc in Pickering

    Fertilizing and weed care

    Good overall timeliness of visits and effective weed prevention in majority of areas with some minor exceptions along fence lines. Fertilizing care and aeration definitely helped to keep the lawn greener than most in the neighbourhood.

    Lawn weeding

    I have noticed an improvement in the look of my lawn ever since using the services of Hometurf. I have been a customer of theirs for the past few years in my old home and noticed less weeds because of their treatments. I recently moved to my new home and brought along their services. It's only been a few months and their services have made an improvement in my new lawn, especially considering it was in rough shape. I will continue to use their services. My only concern is that their price seems fairly high, and rises every year.

    Hometurf Lawn Care Service

    Hometurf has been looking after a rental property that I own for two years now. The yard is starting to look healthy and weed free even though last year was so dry and this year was so wet. They are thorough and provide information about your lawn on every visit.

    First year with HomeTurf

    I started out this spring with basically a mudpit in my backyard! Hometurf aerated and seeded and my grass is now fairly thick and healthy - Huge improvement!! The staff are polite, quick and efficient and the report they leave after every visit is informative. Looking forward to further improvements next year!

    Annual Lawn Care

    I responded to a mailed advertisement for lawn care at my home. I am by no means a green thumb, and though it would be a good idea to see how well my lawn would preform under professional care. The front lawn was pretty rough and the back yard was newly sodded a couple of years ago and weeds had started to grow much to my dismay. In this strangest of summers is was a very damp raining quite frequently so the over-seeding, aerating, and weed treatment that had never been done likely provided the maximum value for the service. The front lawn has never looked better but would need to see how a second year will result in additional improvement. I will likely revise or write a second rating at the end of the second year.
