    Lawn Care Service

    I have used the hometurf lawn care service for several years and can only say that I am totally satisfied! I receive a call the day before because of our dogs, the young men who attend my property are efficient and courteous and make sure the gate is locked when they leave. I always get compliments on the condition of my lawn, front and back. I pay the "early bird" price which helps to keep the cost down. Definitely 5 stars from me. Irene Gilmore

    We have been using Hometurf Lawn Care for two years now, and will continue to do so. We are very satisfied with the quality of the service and the price charged.

    great service

    Hometurf provides great service. Each year they exceed my expectations. Since switching from my previous supplier a few years ago, I am happy to renew with Hometurf. I recommend them to anyone looking at lawn care services in the GTA.

    Over rated service and beware auto renewal

    I tried Hometurf Lawn Care Service last summer due to the high reviews on this website. My expectation was that they would provide professional weed treatment. But from experience, the service is over rated as they don't do much about weeds, so I spent most of the summer just removing weeds myself and I didn't notice a real improvement in my lawn from the prior year without the service. Basically what you get for the $300 service is just someone spreading fertilizer on your lawn every few weeks. You can do this yourself for much less. Also, I did not want the service this summer, but someone came to my house anyway in the spring due to their auto renewal policy. I had to cancel and ending up paying for a service I didn't want to renew. I would warn others that if you don't like service, call immediately to cancel for the next season or they will auto renewal and charge you again without asking if you want it or not for the next season.

We do offer free re-sprays if you are ever having issues with the weeds to ensure that your lawn is weed free by the end of the season.     Lawn Care

    They came to fertilize and do weed control and on front and back yards. There were areas that were missed and I called and other people were sent out but unfortunately they did the missed section in the back yard and did not do the front. So I called again and this time when the guy came out it was done properly. I have been with this company for many years and would recommend it to others. I do get remarks from people telling me how good my lawn is and I tell them I use HOMETURF

    Lawn care

    Great service and competitive prices. My lawn has never looked so good. :) I end up renewing my yearly maintenance with Hometurf year after year because of it with no regrets. Love that this company is family owned and operated.

    Very happy with service

    I am very happy with the service provided. They are prompt for their service and always provide lawn feedback. My only suggestion would be to have automatic renewal. I would recommend them.

    poor customer service, then they flat fib out to you!!

    very poor customer service!! you call EARLY in the season to cancel the service after they send out their mailer in Feb/Mar. in the one corner it clearly states if you do not call to cancel you will be automatically enrolled into the current yearly program. I called then, then called again in April AFTER they showed up, I called AGAIN in May after they showed up YET again. they will ask you for a 2 letter and 3-4 digit # for the cancel ref #. ya I keep that from 3+ months ago!!! then they all play the dumb card, be it Jenna, Loydd, Nick, Desirae or whomever saying to you sorry if you don't have that # then you did not cancel. so this time I DO have it and WILL keep it for proof, but yet they say we must still charge you. Hey Hometurf get your customer service team together to be better customer service representatives !! Be VERY aware of this company!!! funny when their field techs too say that " yes the customer service part of this business is not good, so here is some extra fertilizer to help make up for it, we do it all the time" let alone the actual damage they do to your property then tell you to pay for it and they will reimburse you for it. WHAT you damaged it YOU pay for it.

    Lawn Care

    I’ve been a satisfied Hometurf Lawn Care Customer for 5 years. The service and results are excellent. There are no bad surprises with the billing, you get exactly what you pay for. I really appreciate the courtesy reminder calls before each service. The Techs always leave a report with recommendations or actions required. Thanks to Hometurf, my lawn looks great!

    Good Service, Good Value

    Since they've come the past couple of times I've noticed that the lawn has gotten thicker which is great. Overall I'm happy with the service but they need to take note not to show up while I'm on vacation especially after I told them that I would be away.
