    No pressure service

    We've used Home Turf for about 7-8 years and skipped years when we had time to do it ourselves or our budget didn't permit. They never pressured us any years we skipped, just sent us invitation to participate for the next year. Our lawn really looks so much better when they do it, frankly, and so few dandelions now!!

    Lawn Service

    Used them for a few years now, service is ok, responsive to complaints ( they came back to respray weeds after i saw no effect on their first spray) and quick reposne to email querys and follow ups.

    Lawn Care

    We are very happy with their services and have been a customer for several years. The written report left after the application is helpful communication. I always receive a courtesy call the day before application to keep the dog away and this is much appreciated!

    Lawn care!! Excellent!

    WOW!! Great company! This will be our third summer using them & our lawn has never looked better! On time! Prompt service! dandelions are gone! Would highly recommend their services

    LACK OF PERFORMANCE

    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY*** In early 2016 when I received their promotional flyer, I just asked for online estimate. After a month, I saw a flag on my lawn and an invoice in my mail box for their service. I contacted them and remember speaking with a person who picked my phone call and told her that I did only asked for an online estimate not for sending anyone for which the lady tried to explain to me in order to save the order that was not in the first place agreed by me. Meantime, I was preparing for leaving the county in July 2016 in order to attend some family issues and thought of paying the invoice amount to get rid of HOMETURF as I did not have enough time to spend on them sorting this issue out. Therefore, I paid $274.54 on May 10, 2016 at 3:10pm. But to me surprise, I received a statement of account from this company demanding me to pay $274.54 with a late charges. I immediately contacted them and remember speaking with Elisha or Alisha and explained to her of me making the payment for the service that I did not authorize them in the first place. She requested me to send my credit card statement as the proof me making the payment which I faxed to them and then proceeded with my travel plan and expressed my feeling of dissatisfaction with their service and told her that I would not hereafter engage HOMETURF for my house not will I recommend this company to any of my known people, in another words I cancelled their service then and their. Since, I paid for the full season they said they visited us and treated our lawn which we never witnessed. They are clever, if they stopped sending people, they would have to refund to me, therefore, they claimed to have sending people to treat my lawn. But, I was shocked again to have received further statement of accounts and letter demanding for payment when I got back to Canada. On Oct 04, 2016, I spoke to them again and faxed to them and mailed to them a letter with proof of making the payment. Meanwhile, my close family member back-home was ill and we had to leave Canada in the second week of Nov 2016 till 24 Dec 2016. But this company did not quit harassing me by sending demand notice after demand notice. I had to involve my lawyer to talk to them and again they sent yet another letter demanding the payment with accrued interest for outstanding payment that does not exist in the first place. When I received yet another payment demand letter, on Mar 16, 2017, I drafted a strong letter and faxed to them and subsequently mailed to them. But, this time around I printed the Fax Report and mailed to them to not give them any room for denial. In the third week of march 2017, in less a week ago of this review, I received yet another invoice for the year 2017. A while ago, I spoke to Natalie and explained to her and she did not even know immediately from the system of my issue with them as she had to put me on hold for several minutes. Thereafter, the replied that they received the previous payment on May 10, 2016 and the new invoice is for 2017 and demanding me to make the payment for this season by telling that their manager cancelled the order only on receipt of my letter with was 21 March, 2017 and the order stands cancelled but asked me to pay for their one visit on March 21, 2017 which we did not ask for. But, before mailing to them, I faxed the same set of documents to them on Marcy 16, 2017 at 5:32pm and I have the fax sending report confirmation that I sent to them with mail along with the other documents. IN CONCLUSION, please beware of dealing with this company as they trick you, harass you and intimidate you to make double payments. Their services are not at all up to the standard. They lack customer care, their accounts dept seriously lacks any responsibility of maintaining their records. If you ever engage them to care your lawn, first thing they will not care it well to your expectation or satisfaction but also try to take double payment from you and ignore whatever you would tell them and again send invoices for coming year lawn care. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

    sometimes they forget to pathways killing weeds. But they do it when I remind them, They come on time and leave a note what they have done. I am satisfied

    Good lawn service

    Have used HomeTurf services for 3 years now. I have found the price competitive. Also, they provide a good feedback after each application and provide tips about lawn cutting height, watering, etc. They notify in advance if you have an underground sprinkler system so you mark the heads in advance of the annual aeration service.

    Lawn care

    Have been using Hometurf service for a few years and am satisfied with the service. They could do a better job on the weeds, by re-spraying 2 weeks after the first spraying to show better results. again

    Lawn Service

    Since I started using Hometurf the improvement in my lawn has been fantastic, before they started it was patchy and sparse and now after a couple of years using their service it is much fuller and a lot nicer to look at which I really appreciate as it gives me time to do other things.

    Lawn care

    I have been using Hometurf for many years. I find them reliable and effective. If you ask for a re-application of weed control, they schedule one for free. I appreciate the 10% discount for early payment and the advice for proper lawn care. I also like that they are not always trying to upsell services like some other companies do.
