Unfortunately, keeping your weeds under control consistently is a process as new weeds will always grow in especially if a lawn is not thick and lush from proper fertilization and seeding. This is why we always recommend our programs, so that the homeowner is the most satisfied! Our programs also include free re-sprays if you are ever having issues with the weeds between applications! We would be happy to resolve this matter with you however we do need to determine who you are and cannot do so without your name. Please contact our office so that we can get a free re-spray set up for you. Thank you.

Ridding 100% of the weeds is a process that usually takes a couple of applications. If you are ever having issues with weeds between visits just let us know and we will apply a free re-spray for you. Reply created 28 Jul 2015Hi JA, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service. if you are having issues with weeds between regularly scheduled applications just let us know and we will promptly provide a free re-spray for you. If a technician cannot access the back yard we always complete it at a later date as you have noted, it was completed a week later. Please call our office and speak to our customer service manager Nicole so that we can rectify any issues and ensure that you are satisfied moving forward. We ensure that you are a customer so that we can try to help you with any issues that you may be having.
