    Drapery, Sheers Rod Order, Installation

    We have used Kingsway Carpet & Blinds Services in the past, and enjoyed their work. Our old curtain rod pull cord snapped, after 25 years. for our front picture window. We called Kingsway, and they were very prompt, friendly. A man came to our house, the next day, to take measurements, then a Rep from Kingsway(Elizabeth), called me later that day to finalize the order. On Saturday, December 22, 2018, an installer came about 930am. He was very good, knowledgeable & friendly. He finished around 1030am. A new rod for our Sheers, working very nicely.     LIV RM AND DIN RM HUNTER DOUGLAS BLINDS

    From our first visit to the showroom - where we were patiently attended to - all the way to the installation - which was like a friend coming in and helping out - we are absolutely satisfied and contented with the work and service of Kingsway Carpets & Blinds.

    A Very Happy Customer.

    We purchased floor tiles for our laundry room at Kingsway Carpet & Blinds. Elizabeth and the team were very helpful in making our decision as to which tiles to purchase. In the past, we have bought window blinds and carpeting for our home at Kingsway Carpet. I will never shop at the big box hardware stores for my flooring needs again. Kingsway Carpet is our only choice as the staff are friendly, personable and there is no sales pressure tactics here. Peter Neary and Jennifer Coe, Etobicoke.

    Great advice, great products, great service

    I went to Kingsway looking for a very specific -- and expensive -- kind of blinds. They offered me a number of options in different price ranges. In the end, I went with a Canadian made (!!!) option that was half the price I expect to pay. Also, the installer who came with the blinds was great -- freindly, consultative and fast. Will use Kingsway again!

    Blinds for Bedrooms (4) and Bathroom (1).

    Excellent Service on all fronts! Their showroom is full of product displays so you can see exactly what you're getting (vs what you see in a catalogue). Sales people extremely knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in suggesting what option(s) would work best in our particular scenario - and within our budget. Installation done quickly and professionally; installers cleaned up after themselves and took all the packaging too. Highly recommend Kingsway Carpet & Blinds!

    Hunter Douglas Double Blind

    I have dealt with Kingsway Carpets and Blinds for a number of years having broadloom installed plus tiles in the lower floor. Recently called to have a new blind in kitchen, but was advised it just needed a simple repair as they were under warranty. Then I recently ordered a double Hunter Douglas blind for the living room, which looks great. John measured for same and it fit perfectly. When it was installed it just took minutes. Would highly recommend them for any job you have big or small. They are reliable and very professional. Joan Wallace

    Blinds purchase and installation

    We Purchased our downstairs blinds from Kingsway Carpets & Blinds about a month ago, and we are very pleased with the quality product & service. Great price, properly and quickly installed; we highly recommend this company! -Vanessa & Mark Szonda

    Great work!

    I’ve been coming back to Kingsway Carpets and Blinds for 15 years to purchase window coverings for my first and subsequent homes. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable and sell good quality products. With my most recent installation of shutters, the product came in quicker than expected and the installer was able to problem solve any issues that came up during the installation in a quick timeframe. Definitely my window covering store of choice!

    Restringing of blind

    Blind was not purchased at this store. It was under warranty. Sales carefully explained how to take blind down, repaired it promptly and very patiently explained how to reinstall it.

    Purchase and installation of roller blinds

    I was looking for wooden plantation shutters. John came and did a very thorough job of measuring. He made colour, hardware and installation suggestions. I then changed by mind after seeing Hunter Douglas roller blinds at someone's home. John kindly came back to re-measure for the roller blinds. I have never seen anyone who is so expert at measuring, and giving advice about colour, fabric, design and proper installation. His attention to detail was amazing. I love my new Hunter Douglas roller blinds. John Laita is the best product adviser I have ever met. Not sure who the installation guy was but he did an excellent job and cleaned up everything including removing all of the wrapping. I would not hesitate to use Kingway Carpets and Blinds again or to recommend them to a friend
