    Bedroom blinds

    This is the second time we have used them. Again, they did a great job. The product was fast and great quality. The installation person was fantastic. He was neat, courteous and went out his way to make sure everything was perfect.

    Bathroom blind

    We have an awkward area in our bathroom that required to be covered. The staff at Kingsway Carpets & Blinds were able to resolve our dilemma both professionally & efficiently much to our complete satisfaction. More importantly at a later date they happily repaired the blind after I had caused there to be a problem.

    Window treatments

    Very pleased with the service provided. John listened to our requirements and gave us design options for window treatments that were effective, aesthetically pleasing and well-priced. After installation, Alex gave maintenance tips and the clean up was thorough. We have recommended this company to friends.

    Carpet and linoleum purchase

    Needed to purchase new flooring for entire main floor of house. Provided the exact type and colour of carpet and linoleum for kitchen and bathroom we were looking for at a decent price. They were prompt and kept installation schedule that was promised. Also addressed our minor concerns promptly.

    Shutters

    We switched over all our blinds to California shutters almost 10 years ago now and have had no issue with them at all. The sales people at Kingsway carpet & blinds even recommended a cheaper product for ease of maintenance and durability. I appreciate that they didn’t sway us towards something more expensive that would have been more hassle to care for.

    Service

    Grandkids broke 2 louvres on our patio door blinds. Kingsway Carpets & Blinds matched and replaced them quickly. We have their blinds in our living room, bedroom and patio. Very pleased with their service.

    Living Room Blinds

    Our experience with this company was fantastic. I was quite lost in the blinds department being a first home owner, however, Elizabeth was very patient and explained all details thoroughly to me. They were extremely professional from the beginning. We are so happy with our finished product! Thank you Elizabeth and team!

    Stairs Carpet & Installation

    I used Kingsway Carpet & Blinds to fix up some stairs. It was a small job, but I went in and everyone was so friendly. We matched the carpet to the existing carpet, and they even took the time to find 'ends'. Was installed a week later, and I love it!

    Blinds renovation

    We needed to change the blinds in our house and we had contacted them. They gave us a fair price and we were very satisfied with the speed at which they had worked.

    carpet

    We were introduced to Kingsway Carpets & Blinds on the East Mall four years ago when we were wanting to carpet our basement rooms and stairs. We had visited a number of other carpet stores without any satisfaction (poor sales reps, poor selection). From the very first interaction with the staff at Kingsway until the completion we dealt with staff who were experienced and knowledgable. Add to that professional advice, prompt delivery, excellent workmanship. We are as pleased with the carpet now as we were the first day. K & J Shouldice
