My wife and I were very impressed by this family-owned and operated business. Maria was extremely helpful both times we visited the store and was able to answer all of our questions and address all our needs. Kingsway Carpets and Blinds has an extremely wide range of window coverings and Maria was able to help us narrow our choices down with absolutely no high pressure selling. Once we'd decided what we wanted, her husband George was able to come by our house the following day to do the measurements. We were impressed by the meticulous care he took conducting this task and were immediately filled with confidence. Two weeks later, Vasile, a really charming guy, came around to do the installation. Like his brother-in-law George, Vasile was also very meticulous and had eveything up and working in an afternoon. We will certainly recommend Kingsway Carpets and Blinds to our friends.A great experience.

We just finished renovating our home and purchasing our shutters from Kingsway Carpets & Blinds was the least stressful part of the whole experience. You really must go to the showroom to the full experience because there are so many options to choose from. We really didn't understand or know what we wanted/needed until Maria and George talked us through the process, discriminating amongst products as we explained our home and the way our family functions. In the end, we got a product that is beautiful to look at, cost friendly, keeps the light in or out (depending on what we want), and reduces the amount of heat or cold that gets in the house depending on the season. I can definitely say these shutters are keeping my house warmer in the -20 degree weather. And best of all, George measured my windows a few days after our store visit and they were installed a couple of weeks after that. The installation was so neat you'd never know anybody was there. Truly a professional experience. I will definitely be going back there the next time I decide to renovate anything in my house!

Needed something to cover my needs for an area in the basement. Just by glancing at what was available I found something that was perfect. Neutral in color and specific size and still keeping the comfort factor into account. Service was quick and convenient.

I went in to Kingsway Blinds a few weeks ago to enquire about window blinds - for both living room and bedroom. I had been by the company many times but had had no occasion to deal with them. I explained that I rented a coach house so therefore, was looking at as low a cost I could get. I received some helpful advice and once I was able to phone back with an approximate measurement, received a quotation. A young man (Alex) came out to do the measurements and brought samples and was able to advise me on blinds for the bedroom, since my initial thought proved to be too expensive due to fabric. Two weeks later the blinds were available and an appt. was made for installation. Alex' father came to do the installation and also offered me some decorating advice while he was there. The [faux wood] blinds make such a difference, very satisfied.

Great service, price and selection. Answered all my questions and outlined installation process. Quality products. Years later came by to replace a few magnets on the shutters and there was no charge. True professionals

My order was handled very professionally and was completed when promised. I will definitely return to this store when I need new blinds for other rooms. (The price indicated does not include installation as i took care of that myself.)
