I'd been putting off replacing my vertical blinds for years, but Kingsway Carpets & Blinds made it so simple. Their service was quick, efficient and very professional - they even used the same holes from the old tracks so no drilling was required. The prices are very competitive and they worked with my schedule. I would use them again, and highly recommend their services.

We have purchased a number of Hunter Douglas blinds in the past and have never had a problem with either the blinds themselves or this retailer. In fact, we recently suffered a small kitchen fire that spread to one of the blinds. Amazingly, the fire actually extinguished itself, clearly a property of the blind that I hadn’t appreciated before. As to the retailer, we have shopped around a number of times but have always returned to Kingsway because of their price and service.

The owner, George and his entire staff are top notch people and go out of their way to fulfill customers' needs. Even the installers were courteous and efficient. I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else to buy flooring, carpeting or blinds.

Absolutely superb customer service- cannot fault anything about this company. We moved into our renovated home 3 weeks before my baby was due. I needed blinds for the kitchen and bathrooms, but especially, I also needed a blackout blind for our bedroom skylight so the baby (and I !!) would be able to sleep during the day. Elizabeth really went the extra mile to ensure the skylight blind was ordered and installed before I was discharged home from hospital. This meant a lot to me. In addition, the quality of all the blinds and the installation are excellent. The staff are amazingly courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I have had great service and quality products from Kingsway for four separate projects in my home over the past few years. They are very helpful with cost effective decision making and I have been totally satisfied with the finished products. I have recommended this store in the past, and I will continue to in the future!

I was recommended to this company by my interior designer and they are fantastic! Very professional and friendly, as well as helpful. It's too bad they don't do draperies because I still need something in front of the blinds to make it look finished. There are no cassettes for the blinds that extend from floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows and I think they would be more esthetically appealling with something in front of them to take attention away from the ceiling's uneveness.

In preparation for selling our home, we found it necessary to replace existing carpeting. We needed the work completed within a week's timeframe as it was being listed for sale the following week. We visited Kingsway on Sunday and they found a suitable product that could be installed that same week. On Monday, they had a representative at our home to take measurements and Wednesday they had the job completed. Quality of service was excellent from the showroom to the installation. Home was listed as planned, which would not have been possible without the efforts made by Kingsway to accommodate our needs.

We would highly recommend Kingsway Carpets. (can't speak for the blinds) The carpet installers were hard working, polite and cleared away all the debris. It was a big job that took 3 days, as 4 rooms, hallways and many stairs were carpeted and old carpet removed. George was on hand to supervise when required. The job was done on schedule.

I have used Kingsway multiple times. Maria is very knowledgeable and makes the choice easy. They are also very responsive when I have had deadlines. Yesterday (friday) I went in and asked her what she would be able to get for me by tomorrow to put flooring in. She was able to give me quite a few very good options. We are putting the flooring in today.

We are repeat customers - George, Maria, Alex and their team have always met and indeed, exceeded our expectations. We have purchased custom shutters, blinds, cork and vinyl plank flooring over the years - all from Kingsway. Their customer service and installation are both outstanding, and they are most patient and accommodating during the 'selection process,' lending samples, etc. to ensure that a good choice is made out of all the many available in their showroom. We have nothing but good things to say about our many experiences with Kingsway Carpets and Blinds, and will certainly shop there again when the next renovation occurs!
