As the last step on my bathroom renovation, Kingsway staff member Maria was very helpful regarding which style and texture of shade to purchase. The shades are just so beautiful and they were installed with perfection! After a reno project full of missteps my experience with Kingsway was a blissful relief! Thank you!!

We bought a house last year with Hunter Douglas blinds. A few weeks ago 2 of the pull strings on separate blinds broke. I called around to a number of Hunter Douglas dealers and no one wanted to help us. Finally I simply just stopped in here with the blinds. The service for repair was seamless! I was so surprised at how accommodating they were and we had our blinds back in a week at a nominal fee! Pretty amazing. I will always recommend this place for blinds or flooring and will return the next time we replace.

The service I received was amazing. Habib came out to measure and helped me choose 10 blinds, including the Hunter Douglas top down, bottom up I wanted for the master bedroom. The next day, I ordered 3 more blinds from Maria over the phone. Installation for all blinds was timely, but afterwards, I had problems operating the top down bottom up blind. Maria sent Habib out for my lesson and now I'm loving all my blinds and Kingsway's service.

I got the Silhouette shadings for my living room about 5 years ago. It still looks great, no issues, and the measurement and installation was flawless. Now that I was redesigning the master bedroom, I decided to go back and get the same Silhouette shadings. Habib, the sales rep, was very helpful and polite. He even showed up to help with the installation and to ensure I was satisfied with the product. Thank you for a great customer service.

Habib, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process of my selecting and ordering the carpet runners I needed. I was thankful for his decor-related help as well! Kingsway offered competitive prices on the options i considered and did a fabulous job with the installation.

Staff are easy to work with and knowledgeable, installers were wonderful and obviously took pride in their job, and products look beautiful and were exactly as we had picked out, we've had no problems through this process, we would use them again and would highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful experience.....I bought 4 window coverings here over the course of the last year and I could not be happier. from the first step of me going to the showroom, the customer service was amazing...I think Maria was as excited as I was about choosing my coverings! my blinds were ready early and installation was on time and so quick I could'nt believe it. Highly recommend kingsway carpets and blinds!

The service and finished product from Kingsway was superb. Everyone, from the reception to the the owner to the installers, (Eclipse Shutters) were friendly, communicative and we are extremely happy with how the job turned out. Absolutely would use this company for any forthcoming upgrades we do on our home.
