Kingsway Carpets and Blinds is a very caring company and was kind enough to donate extra carpet they had to our church. They were very accommodating and provided me with excellent service. Thank you for being a company that goes above and beyond.

The service provided by George and his team was exceptional in the two projects we had completed in our condo in Etobicoke. The price point was competitive, but more importantly, the service was outstanding. What is important to me is that you can trust your service provider and Kingsway Carpets provided that to me.

We were new to the neighbourhood and we drove by their store on the East Mall. They were very helpfull and provided several options for us. We thought we knew what we wanted by they provided other options that we did not even consider, which we liked very much. When the measurements were taken, issues arose and they provided alternative solutions which we are very happy with. All around, very good service, selection and knowledge and they are very nice to deal with. We're very glad we stopped by.

The staff at Kingsway were very helpful in assisting us select the right windows for our home. The delivery and installation were completed on time, accurately and professionally. We are very satisfied with the service we received, and we highly recommend Kingsway.

My husband and I are very happy with the Silhouette blinds we purchased. We needed blinds for our front window which would provide privacy but at the same time we didn't want to lose any of the sunlight coming through. Right from the start George was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the quick service and professionalism. And the installation went smoothly.

Even a year later, they have proactively called to advise me of some items i had forgotten to have installed. Exceptional service in my opionion. Would highly recomment this company.

From my first visit to the showroom, where Maria assisted me in the choosing of blinds and carpets, to the measuring and installation of the blinds by Alex and the carpet by their installers I was very pleased and impressed with the service and quality of this company.

Just moved into a new house and needed window coverings for three bedrooms. My call to arrange a quote was returned promptly and the quote was provided on-premises with good advice for some unusual circumstances (eg: odd shaped windows that we decided not to cover - a good decision). Installation was booked for two weeks later. The installer was quick, efficient and clean and I like the product.

When I moved into my new condo I immediately realized that I needed blinds for my 7 x 8 ft bedroom windows and even larger main room windows. Having read an advertisement in the paper for Kingsway Carpets and Blinds I went to the showroom for a visit. Upon entering I was completely overwhelmed with their selection and variety. The woman I worked with, Maria, was brillant and above everything else had a great deal of patience, knowledge and expertise. We talked for awhile about what I was looking for and my budget. She was such a pleasure to work with and always had another or a different product to offer until I was happy. About 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered my blinds (room darkening silhouettes in the bedrooms and verticals in the main area) they were installed by the company. I never expected the difference the blinds would make in the condo. Simply put, they are not only elegant but beautiful. My experience with Maria and her team was so easy and pleasureable. I would highly recommend Kingsway Carpets & Blinds to everyone.

Went to Kingsway Carpets & Blinds and Maria gave me some great advice on choosing the right carpet for my space. I then visited some big box stores to price check...but was leery because I had heard horror stories about their installation services. In the end, Kingsway's quality for the price was unmatched by any other store. Measurement, time to order, and installation all went exactly as promised. I am so thrilled with how everything turned out!
