The entire process was smooth. When we first went to the store, Maria spent a lot of time explaining the product and helping us choose colours and fabrics without ever pushing us. George was careful and exact measuring. The installer was very careful and did a great job. We love the window coverings!

I bought some Hunter Douglas blinds and had them installed by Kingsway. They had some great ideas for the installation that I would not have thought of. They were on time and on budget. Excellent company.

This company stands behind their product. After our verticals had been installed we noticed that one of the tracks was sticking . When we called the company they came out immediately with the head of the manufacturing company. The gentleman from the manufacturing company was gracious and without hesitation insisted that all the tracking be replaced. We were left with such a feeling of confidence in this company.

Needed to replace carpet runner for our satirs. Went to 3 different store, the last one being Kingsway Carpet. They took the time to explain and gave me samples to take home, once we narrowed it down came home and made sure the choice would go with the rest of the decor and color. Did not rush, took the time to explain and was on time from the beginning to end.
