From the first question asked as we walked into the showroom, to the final installation, our experience was excellent. The quality of the blinds is exceptional, the service was great...the staff is friendly, accomodating and very knowledgeable. Definitely to be recommended!!!

we moved into a brand new house so there was no window coverings at all. we did our research prior to selecting the kingsway carpets & blinds. they not only offer the best price in the market but their service is absolutely outstanding. very professional, friendly and they definitely pay attention to details. our windows look great and we get compliments from our friends & families all the time. highly recommend them to my friends & families.

This company provided excellent sales advice as Maria took great care to explain my options, the pro's and con's and price of each product. Installation was punctual, the workmen were exceptionally clean and tidy and the quality of their work was excellent. I am extremely pleased with both my perfectly fitting custom shutters, my handsome office blinds and my beautiful carpet. I found my experience in purchasing blinds at Kingsway refreshingly painless! The store itself is attractive and the products are well displayed. I was greeted by Maria who was well informed about the lines and had helpful advice about colours and various brands. Alex came to my house to do a final measure up and then carry out the installation. Service from both Maria and Alex was courteous and professional and delivery times were met as promised.
