The experience from purchasing the carpet with Alex to having the installer come on time and install the carpet efficiently was good. The installer was very polite and seemed to really know what he was doing. So far after about 3 weeks the carpet looks great. Thanks!

George came promptly to my home with samples of shutters I made a decision on colour and styleo of shutters. Asked for one day before I order. Next day I changed colour to Ivory instead of white. Blinds were ordered arrived int two weeks as promised. Maria called to book an installation date. Sam cam installed to blinds. Took care of all garbage. I've been doing renovations for the past 3 months My experience with Kingsway Carpets and blinds is excellent. Price was competitive,quality top and Service EXCELLENT

I found out about Kingsway Carpet and Blinds through Homestars. The strength of reviews encouraged me to visit the store when looking to replace my 24 year-old carpet and kitchen blinds. That was when I met George and Maria, owners of this fine, family run business. I was introduced to amazing products like Godfrey Hirst wool carpets and Hunter Douglas blinds. Frankly, I am amazed at how much has changed in the world of carpets and blinds the past twenty-five years. George and Maria spent considerable time outlining the various selections of products available, and were most helpful in helping me choose the right ones for my home. This included George, the owner, making several visits to my home for various measurements as well as confirmation of color and selection of material. With great attention to detail, and focus on quality, I found service to be outstanding. The process of choosing the right carpet and blinds, textures and colors could not have been easier. Installation of carpet and blinds was done by company’s long-standing staff of professionally trained employees. I am very pleased with the results, having received several compliments from family and friends regarding the beautiful wool carpet that adorns our hall and stairway as well as the Hunter Douglas ‘Silhouette’ blinds that grace our kitchen. It was a pleasure dealing with George and Maria, and all the staff at Kingsway Carpet and Blinds. I shall not hesitate to look upon their knowledgeable and professional assistance when undergoing my next home improvement.

What a wonderful & professional job that was done on my new carpeting in my bedroom! I waited many years to replace that awful pink color, and was more than happy with the new carpet & how fast & efficient it was done. George came to give us an estimate, and he is one of the most professional people I have ever met. I will recommend them to anyone who needs carpets, blinds or flooring in their home.

I came upon HomeStars by accident while 'surfing' for window covering retailers and after reading all of these great reviews I thought Kingways were worth checking out. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! I just moved into a new condo and working with George was such a pleasure amidst all the chaos of the move! The price was reasonable for the quality and the specialized items I requested. George showed up when he said he would, told me that all the custom shutters would be installed within 2-3 weeks and 13 days from the date he measured I had fully installed, beautiful shutters in 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room!! It seems these days you have to beg for a retailer to deliver on time and offer good service... but Kingsway provided a great product and exceptional service the whole way - and George was always friendly, informative and happy to help! I went back for some area rugs and once again exceptional service. I plan on going back and telling everyone about this place.

This is the second time I have used Kingsway Carpets and Blinds and I can't say enough about how honest and reliable they are. George was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice on the type of blinds that were appropriate for my project. I believe that Kingsway's prices are extremely competitive. However, even if their prices had been a bit more expensive than another company (which was not the case), I would still have gone with Kingsway because their added value is great customer service. In my opinion, their priority is to ensure that their customers are 100% satisfied, even if it costs Kingsway a few extra dollars of profit to do it. For example, when one of the blinds that I ordered ended up being a centimeter too short (I believe this was the manufacturer's mistake), they immediately ordered a replacement and came back to install it once it arrived. I did not even notice it until the installer pointed it out and promised that it would be replaced. This is just one of many examples I could cite to show that Kingsway Carpets and Blinds cares about its customers. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs blinds for their home. Although I have not used them for carpets, I will definitely call them when it is time to replace the carpeting on my second floor.

We first came across Kingsway through a referral from a friend. They provided and installed California shutters for us a few years ago, and now carpet. We were again favourably impressed by George and Maria who helped us make our selection, and also the installers who came as scheduled, worked quickly and neatly for a very nice installation. We especially appreciate that George when he came to take measurements did not try to upsell us, instead actively encouraged us to consider additional carpet only after we completed the first installation and could see the results.

We looked around for window covering for several months when we got a referral from one of our neighbours. We went to the store and spoke to Maria. She explained everything and was very helpful. We received great service and great products. They look really great, and we are very pleased. The installer was professional and did an excellent job as well. I will definitely go there again and refer them to my friends.
