very pleased with blinds, but rug installers were sloppy. not only were the baseboards marked which I can understand since they were newly painted, but the doors were also scratched and marked up during the installation, which ultimately caused us to touch the doors again.

I was looking for Hunter Douglas blinds for our bedrooms upstairs and I found Kingsway to have the best selection, service and price. The order and installation were carried out with no problems. We even went back several months later to order Silhouette shades for our living and dining rooms.

I was going around to find something nice for my patio door. I stopped at Kingsway and I was overwhelmed of the big showroom and solutions for my project.Maria did a fantastic job showing me everything that worked and looked nice in a price range from high to low to meet my badget. The installer Sam did a nice clean job. I am very happy with the final look of the soft sheer vertical.Thank you Kingsway. Great job

The owners, Maria and George, were very knowledgeable, helpful and worked well with us to make selections for our windows. We were impressed with their showroom and their explanations. They showed us samples, explained the types of blinds available and what would be best for our needs. Measurements were taken and colours discussed when George came to our home. The timelines for installation were discussed. The blinds were ready within the time frame we were given. The installer did the work quickly and well and was a personable individual.

I wasn't quite sure as to what I wanted for window coverings. From the moment George walked in I knew he was very knowledgeable and a true professional. We discussed all options pertaining to light and privacy issues. Wow - I am so happy with the beautiful product that ended up on my windows. George and Maria are fantastic and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Excellent in-store and at –home service. Maria was very helpful and patient explaining variety do Hunter Douglas products and features even after repeated visits to the store and especially when selecting colours. George spent a great deal of time measuring uneven window openings in our condo so when it came to installation envying fitted perfectly. He also saved us money by suggesting using standard width of blinds so as not to go to custom orders. The installer was also very professional, clean and very friendly. Even after discovering small factory defect twice (by installer himself) in one of the Pirouette blinds Kingsway ordered new ones without question not charging us until the new product was installed to our satisfaction. On top of it, the price was very competitive and we even got $100 rebate by presenting a coupon after we signed off on the deal. All in all we were very pleased with the whole experience and enjoy our window coverings and will recommend Kingsway Carpet and Blinds to all our friends and acquaintances.
