We are all anxious to see instant results, but when growing plants, it definitely takes time, patience and most importantly your partnership to make it work. We are pleased you stuck with it and didn't give up. Summers like 2020 make it very difficult to grow and maintain healthy plants, but we are glad you trusted us and persevered. Its awesome to see the hard work pay of in the end. Now we just to need to keep fortifying the soil and plants to keep them healthy, and fight against another year of pests and stressful weather. Together we win!

Our mature team of lawn specialists spends a lot of time training and improving their skill-set so that we can provide the best advice and partnership with our clients! ans YES- please keep up the proactive and deep, consistent watering and mowing at the proper height of 3 inches to ensure results!

I'm very sorry you aren't happy with our service so far. Please reach out to me so I can help to improve your experience at greatservice@lawnsavers.com. We are only 1/3 of the success equation. Your proper mowing and watering are one-third and the weather plays the other one-third of optimal outcomes. Our average lawn is under 3500 square feet and our professional equipment is calibrated to apply products at 1 minute per 1000 square feet, so the average time treating a lawn might be about 5 minutes with stops and starts on your lawn. Any more or less time would have an undesired outcome. The larger portion of the time we spend at your premises is observing and noting the condition of the lawn and entering into our tablets our advice of the work you need to do to partner with us so we can email you a detailed report about the current conditions and ailments and how we can work together to improve your lawn.

Hi Kan, I'm sorry you aren't happy with your lawn this year. I see that it is your first year with us so i dont know what it was like last year. Its been a horrible year in 2020 with record heat and lack of rain. Despite all that, we are still here for you and will continue working on your lawn with your partnership to get results! This past weekends rain will help, but there is still the possibility of some areas needing overseeding or other treatment to mitigate the prolonged heat damage. Please continue to water deeply twice a week, and mow at 3" to ensure the best results. There is still half of your program left and grass grows best from August through to the end of November!
