    Lawn fertilizing and weed control

    We used them last year and our lawn didn't improve much. The weed problem was just as bad at the end of the summer as the beginning. The lawn thickened a bit but You can achieve the same results on your own with some seed and fertilizer. This year our lawn is the worst on the block as if nothing took root last year, very disappointing. Also, be warned you will be on the hook for next year as well ....it is in the fine print that if you do not call to cancel they will come every year. Although their sales person never told us that. Before they show up they have an automated service call you if it catches your machine and you don't check your messages they take this as someone picked up and confirmed it was okay for them to come and service your lawn. They claim they also send mail notifications which we never received. They apparently don't need your verbal confirmation to show up at the beginning of the season and treat your lawn. We are being forced to pay 50$ for a service we didn't request or want as the results last year where so disappointing.

We also provide call-aheads the day before including emails before and after service as promised in our service agreement. Most of our customers really appreciate the advance notification and special service. Plants continue to grow and improve each year and because of that, our service is clearly offered as an annual service with no less than 10 reminders sent each year. We don't like surprises either! Again, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Please call me and I will make sure you are taken care of.

    LawnSavers Plant Health Care

    signed up for their full service package in 2013. This will be my 2nd year. My dealing with Donny has been first class. I have a corner property with big lot and boulvard to take care of. The lawn condition was very bad. Within a few month of the LawnSavers treatment the grass was healthy, weeds were disappearing rapidly. But to get 100% result it will take time which is totallly understandable. There is no question on Lawnsavers' customer service, care and honesty. I know they have done the best. My sincere gratitude to Donny for taking care of all our needs. I have been recommending LawnSavers to my colleagues and neighbors.

    Onoging Lawncare

    Everyone I have dealt with at Lawnsavers has been first class. This is hard to find in ANY business. We moved into a house with a lawn condition that needed to be repaired quickly. After one season we have noitced favourable results. The folks at lawncare have been easy to deal with, their prices are fair and their people are always on time and offering suggestions in how to improve the lawn. It is nice to know I do not have to worry about my lawn (aside from mowing) as it is in good hands.

    Lawn care

    I used them in 2013, and they were okay (had to call them a couple of times to see when they'd attend). Having sold my house, I elected to not renew. Since I did not confirm a renewal, I thought no further action was needed on my end. Instead, they showed up last week and applied fertilizer and left a bill. Thinking this was a misunderstanding, I called and expected a reversal of the charge. Instead, I was told that the service renews "automatically" based on wording in their contracts that states "our service continues from year to year". Hence, there was no reversal and they demanded full payment. As a lawyer, I question whether this complies with the Consumer Protection Act. In any event, the contractual wording is not clear. As a loyal customer who paid full in advance the prior year, I would've expected a better outcome. They've lost my business and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    lawn care

    Due to the change in pesticide use in Ontario my lawn in 2012 deteriorate to the point that it looked terrible. The back yard was nothing but weeds; Thistles, dandelions crabgrass you name it I had it. Saw Lawn Savers at a home show in 2013 and discussed my lawn. We put a plan together (not expensive); knowing that it was not going to be fixed overnight. However by August of that year my lawn, while not perfect looked like a lawn. Back with them again this year and no doubt lawn will look even better than last year. I got great value and a lawn back

    Annual Lawn Maintenance

    I lived in the beaches and the garden right on the lake was prone to weed saturation and poor grass conditions. Within a few month of the LawnSavers treatment the grass was healthy, weeds were disappearing rapidly and the result was a garden I could be proud off. Great service, excellent follow up and value for the money.

    only for small lawns

    signed up for their full service package in 2013. disappointed from their first visit. my property is slightly bigger than average & they consistently did not apply enough product. there were clear tracks of where they applied product and I sent pictures to prove. they had to come back almost every visit after sloppy service. the products they use is good but they skimp on coverage. I emailed them every time so I have records. I stayed home one morning to cut the lawn short, when their tech arrived he said he would come back in an hour and didn't. waited until the following Monday so that was a waste. I emailed my cancellation on Dec 2013 because if you don't notify them they keep coming and billing you. I thought that business practice was illegal? they called me in March to convince me to continue but I said no way. today (April 2014) I receive and contract and invoice for $500 and it says if I don't contact them they will continue to bill me. how do I make this company go away? if you have a small lawn then maybe Lawnsavers is OK but for any larger than normal lawn I would not recommend. my lawn did have issues and I understand that I takes more than one season to correct it but they never came out to visit once and only wrote small notes about seeding, clovers, bugs. hard to cancel with them.

    Lawn care

    We use LawnSavers to care for our lawn and ensure there are no weeds. The staff are professional and customer focussed. I highly recommend their services. Our lawn looks great!

    Christmas Lights Install

    We enjoyed our Christmas lights SO much! LawnSavers did an amazing job from design to install, to dismantle and storage. Kyle and his staff were great every step of the way!

    Lawn Care Services

    We have been lucky enough to have your service for 4 years now, and at times, keeping the lawn in good condition has been challenging. LawnSavers has always advised us well, always shown up and done the job and have been there for extra help at all times. In the past we had used another service, never really happy with them and never had a lawn to be proud of. This year was exceptional (the rain did help), my lawn was in great shape from start to finish, even the grubs stayed away. We recommended you to our neighbours and they are happy as well at the end of their first year. We tell all our friends that you guys are the best in the business, because you actually care about your customers and are knowledge based so that you can respond to every issue and problem with confidence.
