Hi Krystal, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We value your comments and strive hard to provided the best service possible. Our products are the best available in the market and unlike anything you can buy in stores. We also provide call-aheads the day before including emails before and after service as promised in our service agreement. Most of our customers really appreciate the advance notification and special service. Plants continue to grow and improve each year and because of that, our service is clearly offered as an annual service with no less than 10 reminders sent each year. We don't like surprises either! Again, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Please call me and I will make sure you are taken care of.
