    Windows

    Great installers and the two ladies that answer the phone when I called are fantastic. Outside of that, promised the windows in September, did not start until October. It’s now November and still not finished and I am being called for payment. Called the Manager and it’s been two weeks, no call back. Let me not forget they mis-measured 7 windows.

    Replacement windows

    Our builder grade windows had aged and needed to be replaced. We contacted Lifestyle based on their signs in our neighbourhood. Sales rep Nick Trantos came to the house and explained the construction and quality of their windows. We agreed on a price and a few days later an installer came and measured the windows. The time line given was 6 to 8 weeks and the windows were installed on time. The installers, Bill and his son Adam, arrived on time and completed the installation of all 5 windows in one day. They were very careful while in the house and when they were finished everything was neat and clean. We are very satisfied with the windows, particularly being able to open them from the top or bottom. We found that any time we had a question it was answered fully and professionally.

    Front Door

    This was our 3rd time working with Lifestyle, and as usual they did not disappoint. Our sales rep Marcus listened to our needs and came up with some great suggestions for our new front door. The installers were professional and did excellent work. Their clean-up was impeccable. I look forward to working with Lifestyle on future home projects.

    Windows

    Excellent customer service from initial consultation to installation and cleanup. It was a pleasure to deal with a sales rep (Chris Stewart) that provides useful recommendations and suggestion without having to constantly fend off high pressure sales tactics and attempts to up-sell. I will be using them again and recommend them highly.

    Front Door

    Marcus came to our home to describe their products and give us a quote on a new front entrance door. The product sounded great and the price was competitive so we went with Lifestyle and paid the deposit. I had to contact Marcus again after not hearing from Lifestyle for more than three months about the status of our door. He followed up and a few days later we were contacted to book the installation date. The installation was done efficiently and without any mess left behind. The door looks beautiful and we have had no problems with it in the five months since it was installed. Thanks Lifestyle!

    Replacement Windows

    Four years ago, 'Lifestyle Home Products' installed our first replacement windows and doors at home. We were extremely pleased with the new doors and windows then and we are still very happy today. This year I started purchasing replacement windows for the cottage from 'Lifestyle Home Products'. In my experience, 'Lifestyle Home Products' has consistently been a first-class manufacturer of quality products with excellent workmanship for the best terms and price. Many of my friends are elderly seniors, living on fixed incomes. When anyone mentions they are thinking about replacing doors or windows, I suggest they obtain quotations in writing, including the terms and conditions, from a couple of different manufacturers, and then call 'Lifestyle Home Products', whom I sincerely trust. 'Lifestyle Home Products' have never asked me for a deposit up front and only require payment upon completion of the installation. When the contract is with 'Lifestyle Home Products' I have never had a concern about making a payment before receiving the product. 'Lifestyle Home Products' is a first-class manufacturer of quality windows and doors with excellent workmanship, for the best terms and price.

    Warranty work

    We had a casement window that was not closing smoothly. Janine in Customer Care was very courteous and assisted in having one of the techs come out to rectify. Chris diagnosed and fixed the problem and was very polite and prompt. It is so refreshing to see a company doing warranty work in a timely and friendly manner. Highly recommend Lifestyle Home Products for their windows and their customer service. Cathy Ajax

    New Windows.

    I am a very satisfied Lifestyle customer and I will have them back to do three more windows. Professional, courteous, clean and proficient. I love these guys! Great work, as always.

    Installation of new front door. Installation of new front windows.

    It was a great pleasure to work with Mike. He was patient with all my questions, was informative, new his product well and helped me choose the right product that was complimentary to my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the new windows and I love the look of my front door. The installers were competent and tidy. Kudos for a company that follows up on their product.

    Porch enclosure, front door and awning

    Lifestyle came in, gave me an honest quote, reviewed their products and the quality of workmanship that goes into them and installed on time. They were very flexible in meeting my requirements. Very happy with the quality of work that they did and would highly recommend them.
