    Windows

    When originally purchasing windows we got quotes from many companies (6 or so). We liked Lifestyles for the quality of their product and their energy ratings. The salesman Michael and the sale process were also great. Unfortunately once you sign a contract with this company the customer service ends. After purchasing our windows we decided to change the colour of one window. Our salesman told us that we could do this up until the time of the remeasure. A few days before the remeasure we emailed the office with our PO number asking for a colour change and requesting a return email to confirm that they had received our request and that the colour would be changed. We received no response for a few days so I resent the email...Still no response so I called and left a message.....again no response. We had to call our salesman Michael with the issue before receiving any response from the company. After speaking with Michael we (finally) received a confirmation on the colour change a day later. The installers came to remeasure our windows (standard process to confirm the original measurements). They had a tight schedule of availability so my girlfriend left work early to ensure that she would be home to let them in. They took their measurements and off they went. We received a call a day or two later telling us that they had screwed up the measurements and that they had to remeasure. At least this time when they came back they agreed to work around our schedules and not vice versa. The day of installation finally comes around and I have rearranged my schedule at the office to allow me to work from home on this particular day. At 9AM i receive a call from the installer telling me that he would be arriving around 10. At 10AM i receive a call from Lifestyles customer service stating that he would now be arriving around 11. I specifically asked the person in customer service "will the installation be complete today?" the response: "oh yes, he will work late if he has to". The installers show up at 11AM as promised but now inform me that they can only stay until 4pm. (they ended up leaving at 3:30 - a solid 4.5 hour day and 2 of 6 windows installed). I rearranged my schedule (again) to work from home on the following day in order to allow the installers to come back and finish the job. Well the next day is raining so the installer texts me at 9:30 stating that he will not be able to come today but that he will come tomorrow. That doesn't work for me so I'm now waiting for a call back from the company to rebook the installation. On top of all this, I'm renovating the house and am now behind schedule waiting on the windows to be installed. Looong story short: Great sales process just don't expect much customer service once they have your money. UPDATE: The installers came back to finish the window install. All was going well until I informed the installer that as per the work order the bathroom window (located in the shower) needs to be a vinyl jamb. Why this wasn't noticed prior to me- not an expert- pointing it out, i don't know. Well, he didn't have the material and now I have to wait an indeterminate amount of time (the person who i spoke with at the office would not give me an estimate as the person who does the ordering was off sick.....) for the installers to come back for a third time. 6 windows, 3 installation visits. If you go with Lifestyles I hope you have job flexibility or lots of vacation days.

    Window

    Had our dining room window installed today, by Bill and Adam. they did a great job. This is our 3rd time using Lifestyle and they have always done quality work. Also, their products are top notch.

    Lifestyle doors

    Lifestyle were fantastic. They were reasonably priced and was willing to tackle a problem installation of patio doors that other companies refused or tripled the cost. And they did the job perfectly. Thank you

    Window

    We had purchased 7 windows to be installed in our home. 6 of them were basement windows. The salesperson Mike was not transparent when we placed our order, he was unclear of what we were getting. When we were getting the windows installed the framing on the windows in the basement were small, so we were unhappy with it. Mike told us that this is how all basement windows are and was insistent that we had to keep them. We decided that we did not want them in as we will be living with these windows for a very long time and they were not what we want. Even the installers (who were great by the way), agreed that many people are very unhappy with the basement windows they manufacture. Mike came back to our home and said that the company would purchase the windows we were looking for and install them instead. We agreed as we needed this windows installed immediately, one of our windows was exposed and winter was coming. They promised that it would be a rush delivery and installed within 2 weeks. We did not hear back from them at all, we called and called and after 4 weeks they still didn't have them. They promised another 2 weeks and after that last promise we were so fed up, we called and cancelled our order. They then said that they have been trying to contact us to book the install, which is was unture. We cancelled our order and just said we would pay for the two windows that were installed. We didn't get an updated invoice for weeks, and then they had the nerve to harass us for payment, when we haven't even received an updated invoice. They tried to make it seem like it was all our fault and that we didn't want to pay them for the two windows, they have not regard for the frustration they put us through and only cared about the money, which they didn't deserve anyways, because they wasted so much of our time. We ended up finding a different company who installed beautiful basement windows with larger frames and was not as costly, so the salesman was not telling the truth, and everyone else in the company do not treat their customers with respect. Do not use this company at all. Awful all around. The only good this about this company are the window installers who were very professional.

    Entrance Door

    I would be very disappointed in myself if I didn’t take the time to thank everyone that I personally dealt with at Lifestyle Products. I had a very positive experience from purchasing the door from Gabor Karl, the conversations with Janine in Scheduling and the absolutely fabulous installation done by Dan St. Aubin. Gabor told me to trust him that I would be pleased and thank goodness I did. Dan was an absolute professional. Arrived on time, worked diligently, was exceptionally clean and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result. He deserves all the accolades one can give. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle Home Products to everyone I know. Thank you all for a job very well done.

    all windows and 2 patio doors

    Wow !! This is the first word that comes to mind when my windows and doors were completed.Sales rep Julius was real helpful and installer was amazing talk about meticulous.Products hands down one of the best in the market.Just referred a neighbor im sure he will be very pleased as well.

    Sunroom

    We love our new sunroom. It came with lots of extras we didn't expect. The installers were very professional and got right to work, it was done much faster than we thought. There was good communication with sales and administration. Would definately recommend.

    window replacement

    My husband and I are extremely happy with the service and installation provided by Lifestyle. The installers, Mark & Don were absolutely amazing, taking pride in their workmanship and clean up. It was an honor to have them in our home. I would 150% recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

    Replacement window panes

    Great service from Marcus on the quote, and timely installation of replacement panes. We will look to do more in future, both for windows and will also consider other services.

    windows

    Lifestyle Home Products = Superior product, professional staff and great prices! I was very happy with every aspect of the windows Lifestyle replaced in my home. No run around, no hidden cost, no hassle.
