    Installation of windows

    We had Lifestyle Home Products install 13 windows in our home last Tues. and Wedn.We are beyond pleased with the results!Steve,who gave us our quote,was extremely professional,knowledgable and patient as I took my time in deciding who would do our windows and I definitely made the right choice!Travis,who installed the windows,did an amazing job and is obviously a perfectionist as our windows are perfect.Brian and I would like to thank everyone at Lifestyles for a job well done.We will be using their services in the future and will highly recommend them.

    Replace existing windows with lifestyle windows.

    Be very careful that what you ask for is CLEARLY MARKED on the contract .I was in the showroom for the writing of the contract and asked the sales person if the sample on the wall was the frame insulation we had asked for and would be getting . He looked at what I was pointing to and said yes .I had asked for the insulation feature before he told us it would be included as a promo of the day. There were no marks on the contract as to what type of window to build.The first set of windows were not insulated . You can not tell if the window frame and sash are insulated by looking at the unit.. After much travel back and forth and much discussion they agreed to make new insulated windows and replace the first set . When they were removing the first set they uncovered a partialy done first job. One bead of insulation instead of two and damaged siding.This stuff is hidden from sight on the finished job .

    Replaced Entire House of Windows

    I still can't get over the how much sound our new windows block out. We have a newborn and back onto a schoolyard, replacing our windows was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our salesman Steve Morgan delivered exactly what he promised and more. Not only is there a drop in outside sound but the ability the keep a room warm or cool has improved significantly. Installation was on time and the installers were respectful and mindful of our home. At first we weren't sure if we could affort to replace everything all at once but the financing options were too good to pass up and our new windows were worth every penny.

    Sunroom

    Very professional company and installation crew. Answered all my questions and concerns (and I had a lot) They installation went smoothly and on time as promised so I have nothing to complain about. I would like to thank Lifestyle Sunrooms for the wonderful much needed addition to my home.

    window replacement

    they were the best -- Gabor karl was extemely knowledgable -- he knows the industry in and out and had a wide range of products and the entire sales to install was handled seamlessly

    Deck rails and posts.

    (Update 2012/04/18. I am happy to report that after much going back and forth, and after people from Lifestyles coming out to say that the job was as good as could be, I was unable to reach the General Manager and ended up leaving a message with the owner. Shortly after that, someone came out and said it was not a good job and Lifestyles did remove and re-cap all the posts. They look good now. Still not worth the money, but at least they did follow up and fix the issues. The lesson here is, if you have to deal with Lifestyles, avoid the General Manager and speak with the owner.) Very poor quality, and worse customer support. Lifestyles had a beautiful product offering that the salesperson showed us photos of while sitting on our patio. When I looked at the specifications I thought it could not work but he assured me that they had done many of these and it would. Whats more, he assured me that they would have people who would come out to verify so that we could be absolutely certain this would work. I was right, it would not. Since they could not use the aluminum posts that they promised, they said they would wrap our posts in aluminum for both beauty and to protect the wood underneath. In the end the workmanship was very poor. The wrap has visible gaps through which water will be able to travel and rot the wood beneath. I think it would be better without the aluminum wrap. I spoke to the general manager. He was very courteous and promised to take a look and determine how to fix the problem. I have not heard from him since. The company keeps calling my wife even though they have been repeatedly told to call me, and they have just left her a message saying they sent the invoice and want to know when they will be paid. I had a larger project I wanted done, but I cannot recommend Lifestyles for anything since they could not successfully complete so simple a project as wrapping the posts on our deck. (Update 2012/02/05) Lifestyles sent someone out again last week. In spite of being asked to contact me directly when they determined what they would do, I have not heard from them. I did hear from my mother-in-law, that the person who came out said that the work that was done was the best that they could do. It seems that I am going to have to fix this project myself. I strongly suggest that you avoid this company.

    Window Installations

    Sales person was great, the installers were incredible. Very thorough, and did an amazing job. Very impressed with the service and workmanship. Great payment options, and the communication was top notch. I would definately deal with them again.

    Went to their showroom to look at the products.

    I went to the showroom just before closing, I was not aware of their hours. I had my 6 and 8 year old with me. The sales staff was courteous and helpful and made themselves available to answer any questions that I had.

    Window Installation

    I had Lifestyle replace the majority of windows in my house, they made mistakes on the windows ordered, and they lack a true sense of customer service or apreciation. The worst however is their after service care, I have serveral windows with warranty issues that need replacement and Lifestyle has simply gone silent. Do not do any work with these guys, they are bad news.

    Full Windows

    The service was great! The finishing was amazing, great company to deal with. I recommend this service to anyone. Also, the pricing was the lowest I could find in the market compared to the other providers.
