Made call in the morning and was told I had a 10 - 1 window. Received a call around 10:30 that Perry was on his way in the next 30 min. He was here in under 10. Told me the price of snaking my drain and why it had to be done before I agreed to the work being done. Really fast,very clean work and was understanding of my curiosity and questions. Job was done in less than 30 minutes. Price was just over $400 with the $30 discount. This is steep but Perry doesn't set the prices. Happy with the response, professionalism and result.

I got a very quick response to my inquiry. He came right on time as scheduled. The work was done efficiently. The job was explained to me as well as the fee schedule. He also took the time to check out the water throughout the house and even found some phantom running water from the water filter system, that I was not aware of.

Hired to fix a slow filling toilet. Technician did an average job, toilet filled only a bit faster, charged ~300 for one toilet. Asked for a quote to replace a washbasin faucet - 500 CAD (!). Very overpriced, might be better options elsewhere.

Memo was professional, responsive, and did not stop until he found the issue and solved it.
